This bring me back to my childhood in the country. Hot summer nights with no ac in the house. Have to open all the windows to “let the air circulate”. And you have that one proud cricket right by the window that sings you the song of his people all night.
I had nights like that where you have to open all the windows and let the air circulate. Those were some of my most memorable nights listening to the crickets sing me to sleep.
This comment is for anyone laying in bed, listening to this music and currently struggling with mental health issues. I want you to know you have made it this far, despite all your falllbacks, you are here, you are alive, it won't always be this difficult and you are more powerful than you realise. I love you and keep going
Never really understood “seasonal depression” until very recently this winter. I didn’t understand fully why I’ve been feeling so down, as I loved the wintertime growing up. Suppose getting older makes it a lot harder to enjoy the little things in life, eh? But I think part of me feeling so down is due to missing what it’s like on a summer night; I love to hear the mourning doves coo into the late evening, then hear the sounds of crickets, toads, and other little critters chirping all night long. Reminds me how full of life the night is, you know? I hope anyone else on this video, or just anyone else in general, really, is having a wonderful day or night! Sleep well :)
I'm not being silly when I say, it's about Sun-Light hitting the skin and eyes. People supplement but nothing beats the Real thing. I believe that half of peoples problems and the Worlds, are about a lack of Natural, Daily light. The absence of Nature in General is a very bad place to be. Blessings from New Zealand
To the person reading this, Good Luck! Don't stress, everything will be fine. No matter what difficulty you are facing right now, you can overcome it! You are strong and brave.
Wow, listing to that actually brought a tear to my eye. It brought the same warm and comforting feeling I'd get when I was a kid sitting on my grandmother's porch in the country on a warm summer night back in Iowa. Really makes me miss home. This was nice to fall asleep to!
Don't know if someone is reading this, but if you are: it doesn't matter where you are right now on this planet, I wish you a wonderful day and a happy, peaceful life where all your dreams come true. You are amazing and beautiful! I believe in you!
To whomever posted this "video," thank you. I have chronic insomnia and have had many sleepless nights. This helped me to relax enough to finally get some sleep. I love opening the windows at night during spring and summer and listening to the crickets and frogs chirping away. That's something you just can't do in the winter. To anyone reading this, be blessed. ❤😌🙏🏻😴
Sends me back in time to sitting on the front porch sipping on lemonade, watching the fireflies, and listening to the symphony of crickets and frogs usher in the night. Brings a sense of peace and joy.
I wish someone would incorporate the song of a whip-poor-will in these. The katydids, crickets, etc. are great sleeping. But, a whip-poor-will would make it perfect.👌Thanks for making these.
Nothing is more smoothing than the sound of nature when trying to relax and let go of all negativity that happens through out the day. Sweet dreams folks. Love vid.♥️🩵👍
@Serene Sounds I kept this playing all night for my elderly cat who has trouble sleeping..and it kept him happy and calm..to the point he stayed asleep in bed longer than usual. Thank you so much for this recording! 🤗❤ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜 🖤 🤍 🤎
I have this pulled up to work by! I love sounds like this and even tried to set up a tape recorder as a kid when we went camping. I wanted to "tape" the night sounds but only ended up with "rustling around in a nylon sleeping bag in a nylon pup tent" sounds! 😆
I'm glad you are enjoying it! I've always found crickets to be very relaxing. I tried to record them as a kid too with the same results as you, just rustling sounds. 🤣 I hope you have a great night!
For me also growing up on a farm the sounds of frogs 🐸 coming from our pond and the sounds of crickets harmonizing right along takes me back to being young and falling asleep with this beautiful music 🎶. Now when I'm older these sounds take me back to simpler days of being young ,so soothing 😴
This is such a natural Sound and sounds just like summer where I live now. For me with tinnitus now thanks to covid, the crickets and peepers help drown it out and give me the best solid sleep. I just woke up in the same position I went to sleep in!
I live in the city that built all the rockets for space flight for NASA, in the first decade of this with people moving from all over the globe to work on the space program we still slept with our windows open at night. I loved the music of the meadows and our beautiful deciduous forests. We all got along great too!..I miss it, especially these beautiful relaxing sounds God gives us!
Coming home after a full day at the beach. Diving into the night heading back home was always a sleepy ride, Your sunburnt but the breeze ftom the car window helps until i crawl into bed with the cool light sheets, the best!
I love a sun kissed ride home from the beach. The windows are down, jams are playing, the grit from the sand in everything but you just don't care. Yeah!
Hey Everyone! I hope you're having an awesome day/night. Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy. ❤ Check the Description for more help falling asleep and to help support the channel. 🔶 Fuzzy Sherpa Weighted Blanket. amzn.to/3S6XC9g
I remember those hot summer nights, no ac and open the windows with a box fan in the window, and the crickets chirping at night, I miss that, so relaxing, thank you for bringing that back.🙏🏽❤️
It's the thing that I love best about living outdoors.... Soothing, peaceful, relaxing.... The only thing that disturbs me and the nature around me is other humans coming to destroy and take it away. For that there is only one solution.... Protect our Mother Earth, to hell with the Human monsters.
This reminds me of all the old American films (and some of the newer ones)…they always seem to have crickets in the background. I always loved that noise. We do have crickets in England but not a huge collective noise.
I've always loved crickets. They are natures alarm. If they are chirping everything is ok, if they go silent, somethings up. There are some places here in the states where you can't hear anything but the insects at night. But those spots are slowly disappearing. Thank you for watching! Have a great night! 😃
May everyone get some good fullfilling rest, no thoughts, no need to do, being here and now is enough, through stillness we get out of our own way to be one with everything 💤🛌
I've been struggling with severe anxiety lately and this is the only video I've found that puts me right to sleep. I live far from home in another country and this gives me the comforting feeling of being back there. Thank you!
This is my salvation - it brings back my memories of hearing crickets at night with windows open, but more importantly, it brings sweet relief to my 24/7 tinnitus that chemo gave me 8 years ago. Thank you for this!
I grew up in the aouther US and I miss these sounds so much. I live in California now and there are no bugs. Even before I moved it seemed like the fireflies and crickets became fewer in number every year. I miss the hot nights and the fireflies with the sounds of frogs and cicadas.
After seeing the clip I watched the movie. Just got done. Pretty good watch. Made me tear up a couple times. I definitely recommend it. (The Greatest Beer Run Ever)
That's a great idea! I'll put that on my list. Keep an eye out. 😃I'm working on bullfrogs, green frogs and whippoorwills right now because some else requested those.
This is so unpopular. This is such a calming 10 hour video and it helps me sleep along with my mom and brother. So I want to thank you so much for the help to sleep peacefully
I love this it helps me sleep every night since I have trouble sleeping. I also love the black screen so it won't be too bright in my room!! Thank you so much!!! ♥
this is good - for me that cricket in the foreground needs to go away and the rest is perfect. much rather hear those tree frogs than crickets up close. edit: after listening for a little - this is good. if there was no cricket I could imagine myself as a little girl at my grandparents in the total dark sleeping outside.
I appreciate the comment! I'm still trying to perfect my craft. I'll listen again, and see how I can improve. Maybe come up with something close to your childhood memory. Thank you for listening! Have a great night! 😃 edit: after listening, yes, I can see how the cricket out front can be a little too much. Try this one, it's not quite the same, but there is nothing out front to distract from the rest. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FNJM789BwDc.html
@@serenesounds7 that one is nice, but I actually like this one better. thanks for the link tho. this one reminds me of all the critters in the scrub oaks in Oklahoma. Man I wish you could have seen my cat react to the speaker just now! cats are so fun
@@BecRussell91 I'll see what I can do. I got distracted with other stuff here lately. I might be able to redo this with the foreground cricket more blended into the background.
I need summer... I got flu and I feel so exhausted rn, these sounds helps me to pretend its a hot night and that I am not sick. Froggies help me please 🐸🐸🐸
Popularity of childhood memories is common it appears hot summer nights living on a small lake with sounds of primarily the frogs i actually wish i could mute this cricket ....memories that never leave your soul...everyone have a blessed day, enjoy
Thank goodness. It is sooo hard to find Black Screen Cricket Video that also has comments too. I mean you are Are World Leader in this Black Screen Cricket Technology WOW !!! 😮 ❤ Let's Celebrate 🎉 How many Cricket sound awards do you have ??? I wish I had took the time to learn how to do Cricket Art properly. ❤ I only ate crickets on motorcycles and fished with em
Me too, I just commented on another of my videos about how I miss my granny's properties out in the country where I could here the symphony of nature every night.
Oh, to have this back again. Windows open, curtains blowing in the night breeze. No worries, just innocent thoughts and dreams. No locked doors, no need. Just wanting life to be as blissful the night. I am so graceful I grew up when I did. Would not trade it for all this technology. No carrying cell phones, or plastic bottles of water, which wind up in oceans. If you were thristy, you found a hose or a water fountain (remember them?) I would not want to be young now, hopefully it will work put for them. I have no need to fly my car. Good luck to all you young whipper snappers.
