Madeleine is a good mini bite for afternoon tea, or even breakfast. These black sesame madeleines are fusion of French and Asian flavours. I bake these little pieces of butter cakes in a fish-shaped baking mould. Soft and fluffy!

Ingredients:
Eggs 全蛋 2 no.
Brown sugar 黑糖 75g
Honey 蜂蜜 10g
Cake flour 低筋面粉 75g
Black sesame powder 黑芝麻粉 20g
Baking powder 泡打粉 4g
Butter, melted 溶化奶油 85g
Bake at 200C for 12 - 13 minutes (baking time depends on the size of mould as well)
