As a white guy, family matters was always it for me. Enough disfunction to be relatable, and a top sitcom dad of all time in "Carl Winslow" (Reginald VelJohnson). My best friend's family always watched Full house always but it always annoyed the sh** out of me lol. I freaking hated danny tanner, but come to find out the actor who played him ( RIP Bob Saget) probably hated him just as much.
