I apologize if I seem out of it, I’m not feeling that well during production of this video.
There is nothing worse than a person who everyone knows is responsible for a crime getting released from prison even when evidence shows that the suspect was related to the crime that happened. On July 26th, 1988, seventy-two-year-old Annie Hearin was kidnapped from her home after having friends over earlier that morning. A ransom note was found near the door to the residence, the note demanded Annies husband Robert who owned a school photography business that franchised out to people, that he pay twelve franchise owners who were part of a lawsuit that was brought against them. Coincidentally Newton Alfred Winn, who was one of the twelve people listed in the ransom note was arrested in florida on charges in relation to the abduction of Annie Hearin. Also it was reported that he bought a van that fit the description of a van that was driving around the area prior to Annie’s kidnapping. Although there was significant evidence to show that Newton Alfred Winn was responsible for kidnapping Annie Hearin, he was only convicted of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, extortion and perjury. In 1990, Newton Alfred Winn was sentenced to nineteen-years and seven months to prison. In April 2006, he was released from prison; in August 2012, Newton Alfred Winn died. As of writing this, no one has ever been charged with Annie’s “actual abduction”, sadly in 1990, Robert Hearin died of a heart attack, Robert never learned the outcome of his wife. A year after Roberts' passing, Annie was declared legally dead.
