Black Sites - The Last Equation for Delta Green the roleplaying game by Arc Dream Publishing 

Any advice for someone prepping to run this scenario?

@@jonathansherer5873 SPOILERS AHEAD DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE A PLAYER: Well as previously stated the oven time is weird i found it easier to just remove the nines instead of the way it was written in my pdf. My players was using the premade characters from last things last FBI agent and Anthropologist. the anthropologist had photography so he took care of crime scene photos so they did not have to sneak into evidence storage and change/destroy the photos. I left the spraycan at the scene so they could get the same brand at a hardware store and alter the number fairly easy. If you want a heist element with altering and destroying evidence then prepare a police station layout and what skills they need to alter photos. I set my adventure in early 90s as i hope to eventually lead up to impossible landscapes so hardcopies presents different challenges to digital photos but they also take longer to send to the FBI but once they get there they are harder to access as compared to hacking their system if your players have someone with high computer usage. It also avoids the social media problem so unless you want to deal with that bit setting it before 2004 when Facebook became a thing takes care of that. Take some time thinking about a good barrage of questions from the reporter as they harass the players. Depending on your improv skills this can be tricky to come up with and flow of the top of your head. My players did not go with the "fabricate evidence of an affair" part of the briefing but instead blamed it on pressure and academic failure. I let them roll for shutting down the investigation then and there but they botched the roll not once but two days in a row and i had to find them some busywork. So do not leave it up to a roll if they can convince the lead agent that this investigation has run dry. I let my players break into the apartment of one of the people on the list that was nearby and while i initially planned for her not to be home and they could just delete the email and be done i let them roll a luck roll and ofc she was home enthralled by the numbers with a shotgun next to her on the desk... My players are not murderhobos and was very uncomfortable with removing the vector part. Depending on your table this might not be a problem but i regretted having them murder a non hostile NPC infected or not and stage a suicide. It hit a lot differently then random monster slaying in DnD. My biggest problems occurred from letting a luckroll decide stuff instead of preplanning what i actually would prefer happen. I listened to Glass Cannon Networks Delta Green show Get in the trunk on spotify and they play last things last and this module in season 1. I recommend listening to it and perhaps another liveplay. If you have the time while commuting, working out or at work if that is an option for you. I also let them catch a news report about another team stopping another vector from comitting a crime so they felt that giving the list of names to DG paid of. Also using remote list members as the european or californian one to give a sense of urgency is an idea as they need to stop the closer ones from opening their email and finishing of on a positive note depending on how emotionally draining this has been. I hope some of this comes in handy for you but your players will present you with new delicious problems regardless, good luck and have fun
