David Bingham i have often wondered if the bands have a stand in bass drummer even if its just to give him a rest ? . its a long walk . the physical effort required must be huge and its also hugely hot . its something that has always puzzled me .

David Harrison most bands have two or three bass drummers for your exact reasons.
