That’s a very good alternative wish I can get one close to me in Nigeria.. please lartman I want to ask can I be reducing my water by at least 1 and half feet to pumping new water instead of removing the whole water all the time. Just want to save cost of generating light to the farm What do you think about that method
You can feed the fish BSF larvae without adding anything but you will have to feed regular feed as well but in reduced quantity min 30% depending on the fish breed and age
Your calculations is not right brother.if a keg is producing 1.4 to 1.8 kg of larvea...times 100 crates that is 140kg of larvea on that rack not 1.4tons.1.4 tons mean 1,400kg.
Half a jerrycan produces roughly 1.5 kilos of larvae. A hundred of these half jerrycans should procuce 150 kilos of larvae then, 0.15 tons. Am still struggling with how they arrived at 1.5 tons🤔
