The generations growing up these days don't know how good they have it. There was a time you could NEVER hear an artist unless they were played on the radio. Period. Now you can digest 100 songs a day and never think twice about how much talent is out there. SO many bands don't make it. Most have to snort ants off the pavement like Ozzy just to eat. If Radio would recover from its coma then the newer generations would at least go out and buy these gems. Every artist dies for what they love to do. I met Robin McAuley. He had just flown over 12 hours to get to Germany and I met him by accident at the airport. I am so grateful he had a few minutes to sign my crappy piece of notebook paper I tore out for him to autograph. So gracious, so damn talented. Almost looks like a hard-rockin' Elvis. I wish Black Swan much deserved success. So glad he survived long enough to do this album. KICK THE WORLD'S ASS, GUYS!!!
@Frontier Music srl Did you ever get any batches made that weren't factory damaged? I personally received two copies of the vinyl that both had the exact same scratch in the exact same place. I was in possession of both copies at the same time, so I didn't receive the same copy twice by accident. The unit used to press all the copies was clearly corrupted with an impurity of sorts :-( I reported it to the retailer, who I also asked to pass it on to you.
Top notch hard rock; playing, writing, production all excellent. Title track and Killer on the Loose should be smash radio hits on classic rock stations.
Is Robin even human? I can't think of ANY singer his age who can sing even close to what he does on this album. This is without a doubt his finest vocal performance that I've heard. His singing is better now than it was back in the 1980's.
Wow, even better than debut, production more crisp, this reminds me of a hard rock album from late 80s/early 90s yet does not sound dated. Hope these guys tour some day
Sound not surprising when Jeff Pilson produced the album. Former bassist for Dokken. Had stints w Dio and I think still Foreigner. I miss the 80's hairbands. Lol
This is great stuff ! Best hard rock band of the modern era in my opinion ! Why the hell isnt this stuff on the radio I will never understand.. Reb Beach is a bad bad man my goodness he’s on fire on this album . Their first album was great but Dare I say this is even better ! Can’t stop listening ! Heat band and playing from everyone , Reb and Jeff Pilson are such a great writing team , going all the way back to 98-99s Dokken-Erase the slate album . Killer
Super Robin Voice🎤🔥 like the past with MSG ‼️ For sure on my Top 10 voice of Hard and Heavy panorama👍So a Great Album and 👏👏🎸Reb Beach on guitar is a Beast🔥 Congrat. GREAT WORK🤝
Amazingly written hard rock! PLUS somethings I've never heard done before... sped up tempo as the song ends, and fading back in for the outtro (after fade out)
Go Reb and Jeff!!!!!!! Yes Man!!! Man the Bass is so clear, it sounds amazing! And Reb, well enough said. Killer music. Thank you guys. Have to buy the CD now!!
Generation Mind is a great album with good melodic 80's hard rock and songs! All of them are just good! And great guitar riffs and catchy solos! Reb is a truly great guitarist and musician 🎶
Generation Mind Is An Absolutely Awesome Spectacular Great Straight Up Rock N Roll Album And Great Wonderful Masterpiece By Black Swan And Totally Rocks This Album Completely Kicks Major Ass It Needs To Be Fully Cranked Up All The Way To Full Maximum Volume.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘☠️☠️☠️☠️🎤🎤🎤🎶🎶🎼🎼🎛️🥁🥁🎚️📻📻🎛️🎛️🎧🎧🎧⚔️⚔️
Wow, I just listened through and it is another brilliant album by Black Swan 👍 Every track is a banger 👍 Well done guys, I am looking forward to my CD arriving tomorrow and then I can really start getting to know these songs. Please come to the UK 🙏
I have this on pre-order but still a treat to listen through the album a day early. Upon my first listen How Do You Feel jumped out at me but I liked everything that I heard. Long Way Down recalls Maddest Hatter towards the end of it and some Kiss of Death vibes with Wicked the Day. Nice mix of songs overall and well done to all of the band members.
