Honestly, I cried. I was listening to these guys when this album came out in 2010. I basically watched this band grow. I love you BVB. YOU HAVE GROWN INTO CHAMPIONS!
The growth Andy has made as a vocalist since this is really outstanding. And Jake and Jinxx have grown much more comfortable playing together as a unit which is nice to see. Nice to remember where they started to appreciate where they are.
I'd give anything to go back in time to see this show. The early days were so cool. Best band of the last decade. To see them this early on would have been some experience.
@@antonionsfw They are. Over a decade now no one has topped them since 09 when Knives to Pens came out. The Rolling Stones are the greatest of all time. Keith Richards is 80 now. As he said it's time to let the younger bands lead the way. He didn't mention BVB but they are still the best.
I mean yeah, his vocals weren't the best here, but I believe he may have been sick, you could kind of tell when he was talking, it's still good though.
To all you haters out there - you can have your opinion about BVB, I wont comment that, but this show was in the beginning days of their career and they've evolved a lot since then. Andy may not be the best singer in the world (which he said often himself), but they're writing great songs (have you ever listened to their lyrics?) and I'm sure they only got this far by working their asses of. From their adolescence on they stood for what they believed. in. They were different, but you can grow on being different and stand up for what you believe in. Clearly noone should be told, esp. not when you're a teen, what to wear, what to look like and which music to listen to. Most young people have to submit to the way society works for most of the people soon enough. So don't give 'em crap for what the band achieved. They sure didn't get their record deal or their fans over just standing around and looking different. They made their way. Something some people can envy, but nothing to post hate-comments on youtube. If you don't like it, don't watch it or listen to it! #BVBARMY and #BVB 4eva!!
GoldFlame Man. Andy made FIRST band in 2006 but 2009 - 2010 is when BVB REALLY started 😉 (u know, first album and everything) and u know that from 2006 only Andy is original member? They changed very much since than. In 2010 BVB is the band that we know to today. Andy, Ashley, Jinxx, Jake, CC.
Andy said the only reason he screamed was because he needed a bridge or needed to fill in or whatnot. He said after he learned how to write songs properly with cohesive parts, screaming wasn't needed.
They sound soooo much more better now. I mean listen to Andy's voice here and compare it to any other recent performance. Big difference. I love him to death but this performance wasn't good at all (vocally). Every member has improved a lot and I'm glad they did.
@@leora2792 yeah he said it's cause he didn't know what a bridge was so he screamed to fill space. However it also fucked up his voice a lot so I'm glad he doesn't any more for career longevity. However this was in their DIY underground days which is why the quality is a bit wack. Doesn't take away from the fact that clearly the band know how to structure and do their their shit on stage
To the people say Andy's voice sounds mess up or whatever, YOU try running around on stage, pleasing the fans, and putting on a performance and sound like the perfection you expect out of him. It won't be easy I promise.
It's true though init. People are too judgemental of anything different. I however am I lifetime member of BVB Army and back anyone different so just be you and fuck the rest
Such a cooler gig to see though man. The atmosphere in those little places is way better than big arenas. Its so much personal. I met them backstage at a show at the O2 academy in Leeds he signed the album and gave me his jacket and gloves and a beer. Jinxx gave me some good advice about writing music and Ash.... well he was just Ash chilled as fuck. CC wasn't well at the time
@@ChristopherJames1993 ikr I love it when bands perform at small venues or bars. The band and music feel more connected to the audience in the atmosphere of one of these places vs those big arenas
I discovered them right when 4 came out, wishing I was a little older so I could also say I have watched them grow from day 1, but I still get to see them grow, and evolve not only as musicians, but as human beings. I may not have been around since day 1, but I'm glad they have literally shaped me into the person I am today. I wouldn't be who I am had I not found them. I'm not gonna say thank you, because ultimately that wasn't their goal. However, I will praise them for being amazing people and musicians. #BVBARMYFOREVER 🤘
I feel you Dude, My first aproach to BVB was back when The Coffin vid came out around 2011,(I Think) I’ve Listen to the Stitch These Wounds And Then I bought Their Set The Word on Fire Record, I have been a fan since Then... This Band Really keeps me pushing in Follow my dreams on becoming a great Musician someday Im actually 22 at the time and Since I was I guess 11-12 Years Old This Band has Grow’n up with me, and this Live set seems kinda Extrange because of how much they have evolved as a band haha
when Andy said 'Beautiful Remains' I could of sworn on my life he said 'Funeral And Flames' who else thought he said 'Funeral And Flames' ? (to be honest that would be a good song title for one of their songs)
I nearly cried when they played Sweet Blasphemy. Love them so much. They have saved my life in so many ways. Thank you BVB. Just by existing you make me wanna live.
Andy Biersack is an amazing singer LIVE. I've heard it with my own ears, I don't judge a band by what a shitty camera picks up at a concert. Plus, his voice has improved a lot since this video was taken.
Watch our brand new video of Black Veil Brides performing "In The End" live at Warped Tour 2015! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4HBjf-TQ6Sw.html
What a time capsule this is - it’s always fun to watch bands evolve over the years, and damn have they improved vastly since then (though I definitely still play WSTW)
Well have you tried screaming on every song for a hour long set? The album wasn't recorded on one day you know. He had to take time off every other day to rest his voice
@@ChristopherJames1993 I've screamed BVB songs for about an hour while mildly sick and my voice was fine. If you scream properly, you don't get hurt at all. Andy was probably just wasted
He was really sick when this show was performed. If I remember correctly he had either bronchitis or pneumonia. Yet he's still up on that (teeny TINY lol) stage.
I was wondering what song was 'funeral in flames' then I realized it was the same as beautiful remains so they must have changed the song title to beautiful remains instead of funeral in flames
0:00 - We Stitch These Wounds 4:18 - All Your Hate 8:00 - Beautiful Remains (Funeral In Flames) 13:05 - Sweet Blasphemy 16:53 - Knives and Pens Your Welcome!
aww jinxx bless him...his backup vocals are so out of tune... Least he tries and at least he's an amazing guitarist.... Don't mistake this post for hate I love bvb
Anyone watching in 2019? Dam i found out about this band 2014 and became my favorite band ever :,) love watching old BVB videos like this🖤 they’ve evolved big time🤘🏻🔥
All good here! Got a comic almost ready for funding, been painting cartoony monster bears and other cutout signage, and working murals. Mom passed away a few weeks ago, that sucked, but we will go spread her ashes at Christmas. Otherwise, moving on!
Griffin Mauser So Sorry about your Mom. I did see that on your FB. The comic sounds FAB. Would love to see it! Went to a Comic con a few months ago with the roomie.
San Diego is the best I have been to. However, we have a fine Wizard Con here in November. We got a guest room too, if you ever wanna come down for Austin City Limits or South by Southwest.
Rynne Rawrsome What? Mr. "Rawrsome", please, you have nothing to insult me off of. I already can tell that you're one of those arrogant BVB fangirls from your response and your false last name. Please, your music evolved from my music. Black Sabbath started your music. It'll be really interesting when a bunch of scene kids start jumping on me for this, but whatever.
Hahah i still laughing at there live performances, i don't like being there and stuff but my mom forces me to support andy and his band... I remember 6 years ago, andy was great at vocals, but then through out the years of singing, there his vocals just torn and ripped. I say Black Veil Brides should take a break from there fan base and all.
calling them FAKE wont make you REAL calling them LOSERS wont make you a WINNER calling them UGLY wont make you BEAUTIFUL calling them DEMONS wont make you an ANGEL So why bother judging them when you haven't judge yourself. BVBarmy 4 ever!!!
They are worth it!! They have grown in performance level, and I thought it wasn't going to be worth going looking at youtube videos, but this is nothing compared to live. Trust me, I thought i was going to regret seeing them, I was very wrong. GET THE TICKETS!! It's worth it :P
Funeral in Flames was the original name. Andy had to change it because an old guitarist from the band took the song, recorded it with his band and their vocalist, and had it produced. So he changed the name to Beautiful Remains.
Well considering they brought out their first album in 2010 and now they have rapidly grown amung the rock genre and are headlining the Kerrang tour. I think its fair to say they are :)
