The hospitals in NYC, they'll post open positions, and told do not show up before 10am, or you'll be rejected. When you show up, they make you stand outside until 12pm-1pm. When the doors finally open, Hispanics come spilling out, they were told to show up at 9am, and when you get in, they'll tell you, it doesn't make sense to fill an application, because all the positions were applied for.
