Blackberry Jam is a brand new beautifully appointed cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma centrally located in the Hochatown Skyhorse Crossing development which is on the lake side of Hwy 259 on Stephens Gap Road. 1 mile from Beavers Bend Marina and walking distance from hotspots Abendigos, Girls Gone Wine, Hochatown Trading Co. & Coffee, Blue Rooster, Grateful Head Pizza, and Brutons Outdoor North. The main road near this cabin is state maintained asphalt. Blackberry Jam is a stunning vacation home that has 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bath, it is one of the largest occupancy 3 bedroom cabins in the area sleeping up to 14 guests. This home boasts 2,400 square foot two story open concept floor plan with black painted vertical cedar planks and log post front porch set off by stone accents. Enjoy the 3-sided wrap-around porch with pond nestled among the forest. Plenty of trailer parking sets this cabin apart from others.
When you step in the front door you will notice the high ceiling throughout the home. Custom quality craftsmanship blend hardwoods, subway tile backsplash, an urban farmhouse and grand lodge feel will draw your family in for a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen. In the living area you will find floor to ceiling windows with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV to make great memories and enjoy some relaxation. You pass by hardwood stairs, and a keenly appointed half bath off the living area into a luxurious master suite with covered porch, sunken tub with stone surround, large stone double shower, and generous walk in closet.
The second floor features a loft space complete with card game table and chairs, air hockey, a wall mounted dart game, a new 60 game stained wood cabinet Arcade, a sofa for gaming and tv watching, with an optional 18” air mattress. The beautiful loft is flanked by two special bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you can enter a bedroom with a King Size plush bed, dark stained wood covered accent wall, and lovely French doors to a private covered balcony. The attached en suite bathroom has a built in walnut bench, large rock and tile shower, built in storage, and custom granite vanity. Across the loft space area, the third bunk room can sleep as many as 8 people with 2 custom twin XL over queen bunk beds, with private reading lights and charging stations. Pull the built in drawer space out from underneath the queen beds and find two twin trundles. Outside the bunk room adjoining the game area, is a full bath with tiled tub and shower and double sink vanity. All 3.5 baths feature gorgeous tile work, granite counters, and unique designs.
The fun doesn’t stop inside, for outdoor enthusiasts, you are drawn outside through a 24 ft wall of windows, onto 1,400 square feet of wrap around covered porch deck space overlooking the forest and a secluded stocked fishing pond with private pier, all just 50 feet down a gravel trail. The deck offers an outdoor fireplace for your enjoyment providing plenty of comfortable seating to relax and breathe the fresh country air. After a day at the lake, throw some steaks on the gas grill or soak in the stress relieving hot tub while the kids play on the playground, with bag toss, or have fun with ladder ball. Don’t be surprised to see grazing deer in the woods near the cabin.
