Totally agree. PEARS was our best player and HYAM was much more like himself. Cannot believe MORAN is still worthy of a start, been poor for weeks. SIGGY is a luxury player we can’t afford at the moment. Hopefully HEDGES will be back soon

I thought you were spot on with your assessment. Siggy gets the ball and just passes it back, doesn’t take on the full back. Moran should not be in the squad, he offers nothing.

Agree with a lot of the scores and breakdowns here, as for Moran its no suprise fans are now starting to see his shortcomings, although i am suprised its took so long for yous to realise. Ive been saying for 8 weeks now he sudnt be starting, its another Morton situation! He would be ideal for us next season in league one because thats where we are heading and thats his level...

The club's felt broken for years, there finally felt like a glimmer of hope at the end of last season which is what makes this year even worse. Moran is terrible he doesn't bring anything to the team and needs taking out for a spell. I would love for new owners but realistically that's not going to happen at this stage. So we just need to get behind the lads hope to god the signing goes through and just pray 😂😢

Bit harsh to say Siggurdson was ineffectual when numerous times he was in acres of space but his teammates seemed to have a blindspot to the left; they even did the same when Szmodics swapped with him a few times.

A fair assessment of an awful afternoon. The team just looks drained of any spark and inspiration. This comes from the manager who with his tap tap tap snoozeball is awful to watch. Don’t know why he can’t change it. Is it stubbornness or cluelessness? To come out and say he wanted to quit in the summer questions his commitment. Fans can moan about how badly the club is run, yes it’s heading towards a basket case again, but JDT pick the team and coaches them. Agree Pears had a good game and better than leaky Leo. J Moran had a shocker, Sigurðsson is more bothered about preserving his man bun than putting a shift in and playing the league’s leading scorer deeper is an odd one. Note that Gilsenen scored a brace for the U21 tonight 🔵⚪️

For a few weeks I thought tronstad is the solution but now I’m thinking maybe he has created (indirectly) our shocking run. Just by taking someone’s else’s place / no idea who. Just bemused as to what’s happening

We saw Gallaghers speed, we saw him curving his runs for the ball over the top and yet no-one passed it up from the back. We need to vary it. Nice triangles in our half, play it sideways - between the CBs, QPR would let us do that all day, but where's the fight, the grit the spirit? Pears was good, Dolan is regaining confidence and fitness - but he needs to take on the full back on the outside and not cut in. Moran was a luxury as we needed another fighter in midfield like Tronstdad who was a consistent grinding playmaker. In my view Siggy was never passed to. So many times he was in space but overlooked. Where is the vision. On the on off transfer debacle - the club needs to come clean and tell the truth to quash the rumours. It has lost its communication with its core support and shackling JDT is not good or the solution.

Moran needs taking out of the team. He's a young lad and the atmosphere is awful in the team at the moment.

This is a Gary bowyer sacking Deja Vu moment. As soon as we find a man like Tony Mowbray, an individual who worked miracles with our shoe string budget our fan base get greedy and “want more”. You can only have that ambition if you have the appropriate financial backing. Outside of that you’re hoping to pull off a Brentford or Luton miracle. Very strange JDT is complaining about funding when Tony Mowbray had the same budget and was always consistent with his league finishes. Next time we get a loyal solid manager who gets us 7/8 every season please can the fans stick with him for the foreseeable.
