In 1927, #NYC mayor #JimmyWalker invited a delegation of #Blackfoot / #Blackfeet Indians from Montana to the city. Wanting to survey the city from its highest point, they camped their teepees on the roof of the #McAlpinHotel . The song is the Glacier Park Indians - White Dog Song Grass Dance 1914 Blackfoot Indian Tribe (Blackfeet), recorded in May 1914.
