As an animal lover and (now ex-)fan of Janet Jackson, I have been shocked about her decision to launch a fur line with Blackglama. She was always believed to be an animal lover, grew up around all types of animals, fed and loved them. According to PETA, she even spoke out against the wearing of fur in the past, so her decision has lead to a lot of questions among fans and animal lovers... questions she has never answered. At least not yet.

People made about fur big deal. I am a native American and we use buckskin and rabbit fur eagle feathers for pow wows and it is a show a celebration of r heritage to the past. How come PETA isnt jumping up and down at native Americans???

PETA can bitch and moan about Janet Jackson doing a fur line but you know what, the world isn't perfect. I don't like the idea of wearing furs but that kind of fashion has been around forever. Plus, if they are going to attack her, then they might as well attack all the other celebs who posed for this line for the past 40 years. Janet is a good girl and grew up with animals all her life.

That's man made foolishness. GOD the creator of all things said in his word that animals can be used for clothing. John the Baptist wore animal skin and fur as clothing, as well as other instances animals were killed for food and clothing. Man should stop making their own rules based on emotions rather than logic.
