Why does this technician make the mistake of not investing in a small to medium hemostat set??? They could do the procedure easier, cleaner & quicker. In the U.S. I can order a 6 piece set of straight and curved hemostats for $15 inc. shipping. There they can obtain them for less. And yes to what another poster stated, it was disappointing that the video ended prematurely!
