Actually, you should always stand on a hard 17, the soft 17 is where you would hit dealer up card of 7 or higher.

I saw a basic strategy card that said to only stand on a 12 if the dealer shows a 4, 5, or 6. If the dealer shows anything else hit, this include 2 and 3.

Your basic stragedy is wrong you should never hit hard 17. You should hit soft 18 vs 9,10. Also the most important rule is what blackjack pays it trumps every other rule in the game.

You do realize your video says a golden rule is to hit on 17 when the dealer shows a 7 or higher? That is completely wrong and maybe you should edit your video and not leave up false information for 2 years+

This video and the channels other videos are just clickbait, probably all filmed in a day by people who don't care about gambling. They just use the "woman in the thumbnail" angle to potentially get millions of views and get money from advertising. Search google or find other vids.

This video is terrible and should be taken off youtube. four out of the seven so called "golden rules" are flawed. If anything this video will make people lose more money than they were already going to. PLEASE REMOVE this video and stop misinforming people!

A 'soft' hand is one that includes an Ace as an 11. So, if the hand was A, 6, that's a soft 17. If there is an A, 10, 6, that's a 'hard' 17 because the Ace must count as 1 or the hand is a bust.

no prob shaun, this video is terrible i am a card counter and have made thousands of dollars over the last few years doing it,very hard at times because you can experience big losses but over time you will make money, and after reviewing this video five out of the seven so called "golden rules" have errors. i wouldnt take anything you learned in this video to the casino with you.

I've been playing BJ for many years and lost lots and lots of money using basic strategy. If this basic strategy is suppose to work then how come the house will still have .05% advantage in the long run? If anything it sounds like the basic strategy was invented by the casinos so they can attract suckers to play thinking they have the advantage using the strategy. So I've found a way to beat the basic strategy, a losing strategy that is, by NOT using basic strategy.
