Depends on a lot of things, if it's obfuscated/packed in a certain way and the "stub" is modified a little bit nothing would be able to catch it until there's new signatures for the new packed stub. Someone has to be infected for signatures to be made for a malware, unless it's written in a shitty way where the behaviour analysis can detect it. Revil does not target individual computers and only targets big corporation networks after all.

Trynna use virtual machine on various websites , some. Websites offers paid services which is safe ,and some offers to create virtual machine for free but I won't recommend that one though

Do you have any idea how hilarious this comment sounds? Having your computer infected with any sort of dangerous malware FOR REAL can cause devastating damage. Viruses don't only infect you if you're "playing with them," they're intended to sorrow the lives of innocent people, usually in exchange for monetary gain.
