I have the same problem too. I replaced the chip but problem not solved. But only one day 2nd port worked. But that day 1st port not worked. Only one port worked each time. Also i have a doubt if it is coming from atem firmware....

Hi Bro, my both the outputs ports are not working, it because of short-circuits at my place, is it ok to replace both the IC's or do i need to check other compnents as well for the same issue and where do you stay, if the place is near me will directly come to you for replacement
Hello. Amazing video. I have an issue with my HDMI input. A couple of months ago before I could purchase an optical fibre cable, I decided to use a regular hdmi splitter to extend signal. And even since then, my input 2 stopped working. Can this ever be fixed ? Other input are working perfectly as well as the output. Only issue is that I can’t seem to detect a signal with channel 2 even with an optical fibre cable. Would greatly appreciate a response.

@@sedeco99 Thank you for helping me name the IC to replace the HDMI out port. Currently, I have an error that the HDMI in 1 port is not plugged in and cannot be received. I have tried replacing the IC and still have the same problem. Do you know how to fix it?
Hi, how can get in touch with you directly? I have atem mini iso pro and pc doesn't recognise it when connected through usbC! Also hdmi output keeps flickering! Alsi it doesn't reflash any more!
I have an ATEM 4 m/e Production Studio 4K and it is recognized by the computer but then says "Unknown Switcher." Only the fans come on but no lights and all the outputs don't work. The software control says it needs an update but when I do the update is the says "Update Failed! Please check connections and try again." I have tried with a Mac and PC and multiple different cables. I think it got disconnected during an update and has corrupted software on it. Is there any way to fix that?
this need check the voltage first to see if all power working fine or not and inside you can see small press down it and power and try to update again to see cpu good ordead
