I was lucky enough to be there. It was my second concert of the tour I was able to attend. There was inclement weather in the area for a decent portion of the night before this storm hit. There were three songs they performed while it was raining. There were actually thunderstorms in the area and reportedly after they went back after those songs management wanted to shut down the remainder of the concert but the girls said no unless they absolutely had to. When they came back out they announced if lightning came too close they would have to but we ended up getting the full concert and encore that night. It was surreal cause I could see lightning storms off in the distance but they never closed close enough. Also the rain storm was a lot heavier than I remembered while sitting in it watching them perform. A lot of people there ran inside to get cover from the rain. I will say they were having fun in the rain but it’s something you just see in general when you watch them live. You can see how much they love being up there together as well as getting to interact with Blinks.
It was a very memorable experience. They actually performed three songs while it was raining. I was lucky enough this was the second concert of the tour I got to attend.
I’m so happy you reacted to this performance! They did look super happy! They also performed whistle at MetLife. There’s a dance performance video of ice cream with Selena Gomez. It has animated versions of them it’s super cute!🥰
i enjoy your reactions to blackpink . i hope you react to ' the happiest girl ' . it must be very deep and reveal the beauty of evry member's voice . thnx
Thanks Carman! I’m always so happy to see your reactions to BLΛƆKPIИK! They are true pros doing fantastic in the rain. They definitely appreciate their fans giving their all in these difficult conditions. I believe this night is the only one during the entire tour with rain. The only other extra difficult performances would probably be the many times they performed in hot & humid conditions. Maybe someone else knows any other adverse conditions they had to deal with? Thx again for this enjoyable reaction 😀👍🖤💜🖤💜
To my knowledge this night was the only one in rain. I was worried the concert was going to be canceled as I was attending and the forecast was grim and asked online about the protocol. I forget the city but the other close call was on one of the Asian tour dates there was a massive rainstorm an hour before the concert.
@@phatchopolis , I’m not sure how uncomfortable it was cheering on these amazing ladies in the rain, but I’m so glad it went on and you got to go! The cool thing is that you can forever share the memories of what now looks like an epic event! 🖤💜🖤💜
@@bcf3218 Thank you. I will say a measurable number of people in the stadium did go inside during the rainstorm to stay dry. I wasn’t getting up though and honestly while I was watching them the rainstorm didn’t feel as hard as it clearly was. A magical memory for sure.
