This was the song that started the whole "Black song/Pink song", here's how it happened: One hour before the music video dropped on RU-vid the group had a "Live Countdown Show" where they talked about the video and how excited they were. Jennie tried to describe the song without giving away spoilers. She said "We were nervous about releasing this song because it was different from our previous songs." She awkwardly was trying to come up with a way to describe it and said "It's more of a ....pink song than the others, it was uncomfortable filming it because we had to smile and in previous videos the CEO told us to look fiercely into the camera." Fans took that comment and ran with it, categorizing every song as either "Black" or "Pink". Neither the group nor their company had created the labels, fans did it on their own, and in reality it's a mess because everyone uses their personal taste to call it one or the other. So in closing the only song that the group actually named by color is AS IF ITS YOUR LAST.

As Jisoo and others have mentioned they each have their strengths so when comes to that. Then that member is the leader in that area. Blackpink is not just one member. Each member brings something special and unique to the group, and the group members recognise that by not defining one overall leader. They all are. I cannot wait for their new album to release :)

At least you got Jisoo and Lisa correct. It has been a minute since I have seen somebody mix up Jennie for Rose'. Although, finding Rose' with dark hair is also a rare thing. There are fan-made introduction videos for them. And, of course, their official channel is also full of slice-of-life stuff. One of the coolest ways to get to know the ladies is also one of the longest and most time-consuming; there is PLENTY of content in a thing called BlackPink House (although I am not sure just how much of that you would be allowed to react to, it's still totally worth watching in order to get to know the ladies better).
