It was also the fastest music video to reach 100 million views and 1 million likes on RU-vid. “Kill This Love” debuted at #1 on the Worldwide iTunes charts and achieved a #1 on iTunes in 37 countries, becoming the K-Pop girl group with the most #1 placements. They climbed to #1 in US iTunes, becoming the first K-Pop group and 2nd overall girl group (after Destiny’s Child with “Lose My Breath” 15 years ago) to do so. With the "Kill This Love" release, BLACKPINK became the most subscribed K-Pop group channel and the 6th most subscribed female artist channel with over 22M subscribers, surpassing Selena Gomez.
