Idk if my standard are too high or yours are too low, but when i think of insane vocals, i think of Céline dion, mariah carey, beyonce, whitney houston...not blackpink☠️ they’re vocals may be stable, but not strong vocals or insane vocals. 👏🏼learn the difference.👏🏼

So y'all definitely need to watch "Boombayah" which was their iconic debut into the industry. Debuts are a huge deal in kpop because usually groups are teased for a long time by their company before they come out.
Surprisingly, Whistle actually came out before Boombayah, but both songs are considered their debut as they came out like straight after each other. I do love both though

Yeah... But I think that is in all kpop music shows with the back track and yeah but there are many videos where blackpink sang without back track and their sound incredible sooo...
normally you can check when they performing the encore. They still hit the note there. During the normal performance normally the backing track are loud because the music shows normal practice/requirement. Thats why sometimes singer shout when singing because they want their live voice louder then the backing track.
Most groups definately use backing tracks most of the time and that doesn't mean that they can't sing but there are some groups that almost never use a backing track or you can barely hear it. And knowing that and them saying that singing with a backing track they sound amazing is kinda weird because of course they would, they are not singing fully live and i am not hating on them but i am a multi kpop girl group stan meaning i am also a blink but they are much better vocal groups in kpop.

Once you hear a song from YG ENTERTAINMENT ( BlackPink's Company) you dont expect any voice or sound enhacing devices or modifications , no autotune that's why what you hear in MV is the same as their live performances. In terms of outfits BlackPink really never wore the same clothes like a uniform same with other groups their outfits are very different from other groups. Much of it is because of their stylist though sometimes they have a say on what to wear
when you said that they sound exactly like the production video, it’s because the production video is playing in the background. it’s called background music that all kpop groups have when they perform to boost their confidence and improve performance quality. if you wanna hear how they really sound while performing, search up their MR performances or their encores. Their recent encore for the 1st of Lovesick Girls, their live vocals ARE SO GOOD.
MR you can't 100% believe because to get genuine MR you have to get the original recording. so most MR video uploaded don't have that , so they just not correct and can be manipulated. But you can watch the encore...thats when the real voice heard

I really like your reactions because you talk about a lot of different aspects of the performance and you seem genuine in the compliments you give. I really want you to react to their older music and some live performances like coachella and 2018 SBS Gayodaejun (an award show). Maybe at some point you might consider watching an ‘a Guide to Blackpink’ video so you can learn a bit more about the group and the girls’ personalities. They are all very different to each other but still get along very well and are like family because they trained together since their mid teens. Their stories of how they came to become kpop trainees and their journey to becoming the biggest girl group in the world currently is really interesting.
there's a backtrack to support them because it's hard to dance and sing at the same time BUT they really sing live and they never lip-sync. also you can still clearly hear them singing despite the loud backtrack. they really sound amazing live. on their concerts tho, they rarely use backtracks and they have a live band so i suggest reacting to that after you finished reacting to all of their songs. i hope you react to their DEBUT songs next. "BOOMBAYAH" & "WHISTLE" both have music videos.
The live band playing during Blackpink concerts and Coachella plus the girls' energy during those stages are truly worth watching! The modified beats are sicker than the originals. Blackpink is definitely in their own league.
