I'm gonna be honest. I haven't felt very confident with my looks or body in quiet a long time until I heard Blackpink songs (or in this case a cover). They really know how create women empowerment. This year has been full of songs about doing things and changing yourselves for "oppa" so I'm glad there was a end of the year game changer for 2017. Can't wait for the January comeback.

I don’t understand why ppl still judging them by now. For me I feel like the other group might need to dance super in sync or to have powerful n stable live vocal to make them stands out (but still faded somehow if they r not active enough), but BLACKPINK aldy beyond that judging standard, their existence, personality and charisma has made them one of the most iconic from many many groups, not to mention their capabilities in delivering. Just see how they have proven themselves by topping the industry, they might not be the best in sync dancing or the most powerful vocal, but their talents and chemistry when they just being tgt, aldy make me a blinks since day 1. It’s also can easily notice by seeing their reality shows, they are the reason of everything, cause you can see them truly connecting to each other, all those flaws are exactly what just make them more humans, more relatable, more true and sincere, and the connection is more relatable, it’s rarely to see in female groups nowadays.
