Yes. for u...those lyrics maybe dont mean nothing...but for other ppl...those lyrics has a meaning. Because u didnt try to understand the whole song....you are just forced in doing this reaction. Maybe you cannot understand the diction...because maybe English is not your first language as well. That happens to ppl whose english is not their first language...they cannot understand the english very well.
This song probably has the easiest lyricism (wordplay) that someone could understand compared to any other BP song that ever existed? Then again i wonder what your first language tho, cuz if you're a native english speaker then ain't no way you can't catch what they were saying while the entire time they literally speaking English 😅
In their songs they have a reason to say onomatopoeia, sometimes they help to emphasize the point they want to say and sometimes it's because it sounds good, but if you want to understand the song look for videos with the lyrics, in this song, they don't say things just to say them , you would have to know more about the group to be able to pick up what they are saying in the song.
Bro really said they says something that means nothing while the entire lyrics is in full English sentences that actually means something instead of just random blabbering 😂 I mean bruh, you can definitely being skeptical over everything and your honest opinion still matters, we respect it entirely, but seriously tho if you can't comprehend what they were saying in this video then you just need to turn on the closed-captions ffs 😂, that simple, and they do have it in all of their music videos (especially for the Korean version of it) Last but not least, we fully aware that you just testing the wave but if you don't really have any genuine interest toward this group after listening to a couple songs then it is what it is, we won't bother you asking for more BP reaction, but ofc things would be totally different if you trully curious over what you'd gonna find in this group or just in Kpop community in general
@@KOGBILLYWell atleast you got the spirit for being an open-minded listener, especially for something that you might rarely listened or watched it in daily basis, but let say if you ever wanna dig deeper into Kpop industry then just make sure to do it at your own pace, don't rush it and as much as you can do please always avoid yourself from anytype of misleading information that related to Kpop 👊😎
they dont use green screen, they have the behind the scenes for their mvs if youre interested (8:08 the mv is full of references from their past mvs, this one is from Playing With Fire, back then the set was on fire)
i kinda understand your confusion because from the thumbail you implied that it's literally your first time listening to Kpop, you don't speak their language or you might not listening to any hip-hop related track that often or you probably barely hear any Asian talking in english, but here's the real question.. would you seriously think that these ladies just speaking non sense, throwing a random words over such a well-produced music and at the same still managed to pull out that kind of big views in short periode of time? also considering on how massively their dedicated followers are, logically speaking do you think that BLACKPINK and their production team would ever make such a high quality animated music video over a song/lyricism that has no meaning?
Also the song THE GIRLS is just an OST to their new mobile game, tho it has the signature style that they've had in their other songs but yea, it basically just a song for a game, so just take it easy dude 😂
i'd assume after this video you might not gonna see them that often since your content mainly gravitated towards gaming world, but just in case if you want to know who are they then you might wanna spare some of your free time on one of these references : - A documentary film called "BLACKPINK LIGHT UP THE SKY" (NOT available on ytb but you can always watch it on where its originally being premiered) - a bit much of BLACKPINK's background on rolling stone website - all 7 episodes of a documentary series called K-Pop Evolution (you can find it on ytb originals btw) have a good time man
this is the full lisa verse: Mess with us, you messed up (Up) You so messy, dress up Catch up, pedal to the metal, get it, rev up You never, we now and next up BP on repeat, we heat like tiki, waikiki Really believe you can beat me? Believe me, we be like kiki Take it easy (Easy), take a breath (Take a breath) You mess around (Mess around), we make a mess Say less, yes, that ain't just a flex Paved the way and busted left If we left, there's nothing left But the rest, what a mess
Lool I understand english. What i meant was the lyrics had no actual meaning in regards to telling a story or sayin anything meaningful 😂. It was just things that rhyme (which there is no problem with. Many UK and USA artists do the same)
@KOGOG If you looking for a complete story in such a short song then no it wouldn't make sense, but think of it in context of talking smack to other groups and it might make more sense. Especially the rap.
