We return to Blackpool Pleasure Beach for the second late night riding event of the 2019 season! Join Shawn, Charlotte and many of our friends as we spend the day enjoying 12 hours of fun and thrills at one of our favourite amusement parks. We share a mix of on and off ride footage from across the park along with highlights from the firework display.
Along with all of that we take a look at the new Boulevard Hotel and capture some awesome footage of The Big One from a new location at the park. We also share our review from this years Hot Ice show with the 2019 production going by the name of Utopian! We had an absolutely fantastic day in the sunshine and look forward to visiting again in August 2019 for yet another late night riding event!

It can be quiet depressing going from USA back to UK. We go to Florida a lot for Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure, Universal studios etc, and it’s always sad coming home from some of the best theme barks in the world

I went in the train ride for the first time in years the other week and I really liked it. I think it’s a must when going to the park, just to look around the park. I bought a horse off the steeplechase a few weeks ago. No idea what I’m going to do with it!

I would advise also visiting Thorpe Park and Alton Towers. I consider our best park to be Paultons Park, although that is aimed at families.

YAY! My favourite park (and only park I've visited recently) BLACKPOOL PLEASURE BEACH! There really isn't much competition. I've only ever been to Paultons Park (when I was really young), Drayton Manor (also really young) Chessington (also somewhat young) and Alton Towers (but on a school trip and my friend never wanted to ride any coasters, it sucked) I really wish I could go more than once a year :(

Well what a day, twenty five years ago I was one of the first people to ride on the big one at Blackpool, today I had my first ride on IKON,I'm now 47 years old and I thought I was going to die lol, that ride is awesome and I nearly passed out its so intense, I both loved it and was terrified all at the same time, I think my time has come to hang up my coaster boots and ride Wallace and grommet off into the sunset!!!

Tbh, i don't see why people think icon is the best coaster in the UK. Granted, it does have a long, compact layout with a fair amount of airtime and hangtime and swooping transitions, but it is definitely not the smoothest coaster I've ridden, especially not in the back, and it doesn't have the best launches and the ride is not forceful and intense and has pacing issues. It currently sits at no. 5 in my top coasters ranking. It is a good ride, but i was expecting alot more from this ride.

Heading off to Blackpool with the other half next Thursday and cant wait for the late night riding on the Saturday. This will be my first trip to Pleasure Beach in around 12 years so definitely looking forward to it. It looks like a lot has changed since.

I feel like I'm watching one of those movies where there's flash forwards and flashbacks. It would be especially weird if you talked about this vlog in one of the USA vlogs. i went on saturday and saw you and charlotte a few times. me and my friend were queueing up for revolution (the first time for both of us) when we saw u filming and recognised you all straight away. we shouted theme park worldwide when we went past u in the queue for ghost train but u didn’t hear us. it wasn’t too busy compared to when i went today with school as there were a lot of other schools and people on school holidays. icon was great for my first time riding it and we went on it three times that day, the operations were amazing on three trains most of the day and only broke down once. big one broke down a few times but was soon up and running; same with ice blast. glad that u all had a great day :)

Great vlog once again! Can't wait for the future of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, specially since the rumours of a flat ride for 2020 came out (highly rumoured to be a Top Scan replacing the Wild Mouse/Trauma Towers site, but also people want a Gyro Swing) 😊

@@danielledewitt1 oh no. As much as a Ripsaw type attraction would be great, a Samurai type ride would be brilliant and it fills a void left by Bling (I guess).

@@danielledewitt1 that's true. Bling wasn't around for long. A Top Scan has been around (example is Samurai) for a while. But on the options, I think a Gyro Swing would be good overall

Was at BPB on Thursday. Weather was amazing. Rammed full of kids from the end of term trips but speedy pass come in very handy. Cut 2 hour cues to 12 minutes.

Absolutely love the pleasure beach. Was there a couple weeks ago and had my first ride on icon. I certainly agree its my favourite coaster in the UK. Rode it 5 times. I did notice the mist dissapeared on our last ride but it was the last train of the day.
