With the amazing weather we have had over the last few days, Blackpool saw its first Thunder and Lighting for several months, we managed to capture some great thunder sounds with some lighting (not that viable unfortunately) so come and join us on our adventure once more..

Thank you very much for going out in this weather and filming this thunderstorm. Haven’t seen no rain for a few days. Hope that you didn’t get too wet this time. apart from the thunder the rain was very loud on your umbrella. The rainbow 🌈 looked great 👍🥰❤️

Your more than welcome, I enjoy nature and different weather patterns we get and it’s amazing filming in such conditions.. some off our viewers can’t get out through various reasons so it’s satisfying for us to bring it to them in the comfort off their own house.. makes it all worth while if we can cheer just that one person up..and yes lovely ending to a l great day that rainbow.. many many thanks for your kind comment again, again all the very best to you to. take care Paul.

I LOVE rainbows. Thunder not so much. We rarely hear thunder here in the SFBayArea. Scares me a wee bit. I LOVED your accent. You have a great voice & I could listen to you for hours, man. Would like to visit Blackpool someday. Who knows? Thanks again from Kathleen in California

Many many thanks for your comment and watching the video also, yes Rainbows are amazing what with all the fantastic colours, really is a sight to be seen.. and yes I know what you mean about thunder it can be scarey when’s it’s close, my mum used to say when I was a little kid is that it was God moving his furniture around, it somewhat put me at ease back then, again many many thanks and would be great if you did manage to visit so many wonderful attractions here to, all the best best.

We had it in the Manchester area for about 3 hours, really heavy rain , thunder and lightning everywhere. God that woman at the beginning of your video nearly got hit by that tram. As always lads, great views great post, cheers.

@@TheBlackpoolLads sorry to go on Paul, but I've never seen the point in this extension just to go approximately 600 yards. The money it cost must be In the millions. Would be cheaper for a family of 4 with luggage to get a taxi straight to the door of their destination also buses etc outside the station . My moan for the night, ha ha.

Your right it has cost millions and yes their is that argument as you mentioned.. Myself personally, I wouldn’t have spent the amount what has been in this. I would if regenerated the back streets more but that’s just me, I guess it comes down to personal opinion..don’t get me wrong it will look great once its fully up and running but was it worth it that’s the question… and don’t worry always good having a debate 🙂

Blackpool in the pouring rain…..been there, done that, when my mum and I did a coach trip to see the lights. The thunder was audible on this video, but the lightening was disappointing. The best part of the video was the scantily clad girl with the black dress who crossed the road behind this chap, right at the start of the video! And the rainbow was lovely.
