For a budget holiday its fine nice and clean good prices, reminds me of taking our kids down to Newquay for the first time in early 80s,went on overnight train from Manchester, later holidays we stayed in a Hotel❤
Cosy flats for the older person I would say, not sure about the double bed in the top flat bit cramped. Reminds me of the flats I shared with my parents back in the 60s.
Looks very dated unfortunately to many stairs needs a total overhaul I'm glad I spent the money we did on our holiday apartment on south shore. You get what you pay for though
Another lovely genuine assesment. Not for me this one sadly. I sleep on the left and being up against a wall is a huge nope. Nowhere to put my goggles or dog and her majesty would batter me for climbing over her at 4am for a pee. And I'd need my mountaineering gear for flat 7! Instead of just leaping on the beds, you should do a trampoline test. Not all beds can stand up to me bouncing on them! xx

Looks ok Katie for the price. Unfortunately flat 7 would be a no no as all those stairs (it’s an age thing lol). Still good price and clean and comfortable.
Sorry this is not for me or my family it comes across as small in each room. The only good thing about it is the location but each to their own I'm sure there will be ppl here who do like this but not for my family.
