Dave Hollister and Mark Middleton were the COLDEST lead singers in Blackstreet. I only wish they were in the group at the same time. They would have been unstoppable
@@bender445 If something bad happens to our Dave I'm going to be depressed and never be happy again I'll be soooooooooo hurt cry in my sleep I'll be so depressed
SCORE! Actually live! Hot damn, I miss the mid-90’s. We had computers, cell phones and the internet - but not enough to overwhelm us. Just enough technology to make life easy, but not to bury us.
Dave was holding back...the whole time. ..where is he now?...but this group had all the elements...could take to church on a dime....miss this group but times and personalities change....but the music is timeless....
Why singers just dont sing the songs the way they recorded them all that extra stuff would have made the song flop it's a reason the song was a hit the album's way
It's called ad libbing- Sometimes it's required, other times, not so much! Dave Hollister gets it right though, when he puts his heart & soul into the performance
1:13 Did I just saw his gorgeous eyes😍😍😍Where is my fan and my water????!!!! Edit: The "fan and water" thing was a joke it's a figure of speech of how beautiful his eyes are like goddamn he sounds like an angel
They all have church backgrounds including the musicians. You can take them out of church if you want, but it is still in them. Most R&B singers historically come from church. It’s apart of what makes their conviction believable.
