About LYRE:
LYRE is a unique girl group, comprised of three K-pop songwriters and producers: Alina Smith, Elli Moore, and Giselle. LYRE has worked on hit songs such as "Mafia in the Morning" by ITZY, "Giddy" by Kep1er, "Karma" by Blackswan, and "Sweet Juice" by Purple Kiss. Their work has been featured in publications like Forbes Magazine, Billboard Magazine, American Songwriter, and 1883 Magazine.
LYRE first gained recognition in 2022 when they started sharing their unreleased songs on social media. Since then, their RU-vid channel has garnered over 40M views, and they've amassed around 400K followers on their collective social media accounts. Building upon their success, LYRE is now preparing to release a large selection of their favorite works from their songwriting vault.

I love how it's giving that sort of coy, sexy vibe that hasn't really been in kpop for a while- and I think Blackswan is the perfect group to pull it off. So like others have said, it really shows Blackswan's range in not just musicality but the concepts they can pull off~

I'm not sure but I kinda dislike how she's using her head voice too much now. Maybe it's because the company tried to make her sing that way to appeal more to the Korean audience. The girl has a beautiful strong voice but somehow it's just not as nice as it should be in Karma, this song and in her If i aint got you cover recently.

It's a fun song and it makes a great contrast with Karma. I think the two songs together give you a good idea of Blackswan's range. The lyrics are about relationship push & pull in Korean. The English version is more about the guy not wanting to commit until the woman decides she's had enough.

I dont think she can. She is a song writer not a producer. Even if she writes a song they can still mess it up. She explained before in another video how she writes songs for groups but they change parts and remove stuff. If the producer is doing a bad job they need a new one.
