July 2021.
I have been walking the beach with the low tides that happen around the full moon. Yesterday I saw a number of creatures that I haven't spotted in the shallows before. I will put together more footage this week and here are the two baby Reef Sharks. I've seen them hunting in the shallows before on the islands but not at the mainland. I have in the past been on marine research boats where they were tagging sharks and I've dived with them too.
The sharks cruise around at relaxed speed and then speed up at incredible rate.
I've only had macro lens with me and its zoom mechanics are quite noisy, I dont' hear it in real time but only on recordings. It likes to say a thing or two...😁 There was also a plane overhead at one time.
