Is there a video anywhere of the process for opening the case to do repairs? I need to replace the speaker in my BV 9800 Pro and I don't want to make anything worse.
Sorry for late response, may help others...opening case is straightforward...just undo all perimeter and side screws. HOWEVER...be very careful to gently prise back cover off straight up and very slowly...one of the cameras is embedded in the back cover and if it doesn't get the chance to release (drop out) of the cover it will be destroyed by being trapped in the cover as you lift. Get eyes down to level you can see camera area as you lift.
I have a 9800 pro, the speaker amplifier was the first to go (cuts out after 5s) followed by the power charging (today). Seeing it's all on a single board, I kinda like that!
