Though it may be true that Africa leaders are incompetent (can't deny that), that does not warrant recolonizing the continent for Western security. If West is a rabbit with tail between legs, just don't step on the African continent to avoid your feared security risks. Africa is emerging continent, and signs of rawness in leadership is natural as West and Europe did once (perhaps worse) while passing through similar level of progressions. When West and Europe were at the same level as current Africa continent, remember what they did: slavery, assassinations, cruel bloody civil war and worst of all invading other countries through genocidal acts such as Germen in Namibia PLUS massive resource ransack from colonized nations that no compensation can pay back in 21 century.
