I dont hear Rachel in her voice like legit.. Only a few words that I catched were strictly like Rachel's voice.. Damn thats upsetting since I really want to hear more of Rachel..

I had no idea Kylie was 19. That truly blew my mind that she is my age (if not almost? not sure if shes 20 now) Its nuts. Makes me wish I could do more with my life.

I played Before the Storm before the original game, so I had no idea what to expect or what these games were about. Rachel Amber is a character that feels larger than life and she is magnetic whenever she shows up. If you're a tabletop nerd I'd say she has a charisma score of 18 so its no wonder Steph is into her as well. Kylie Brown did a fantastic job of bringing her character to life.

This was a fantastic episode! The conversation flowed so easily. I hope Kylie can become a repeat guest.

All I can hear is Rachel Amber's voice. :) Great interview, BP. We've learned so much about Kylie.

The length of time and the amount of detail she puts into answering each question makes me feel really at peace with my hyperverbalism. I literally can’t shut up, like down to the neurological level. I have always been so self conscious of it, and because I’m interminably discombobulated and speak so slowly, I feel like I sound like a drone. It’s not as fun to listen to! Kylie seems like the type of person who finds literally every little detail important because everything is cinematic to her. That’s not only like Rachel, that’s like Max as well. Max’s VA has the same air about her. Considering the fact that Rachel and Max both see the world “through a camera lens,” this makes me think they would genuinely get along. Max’s perception of the world is a lot more focused on nostalgia and serenity, and she likes the little details about people, I feel like she’s addicted to the feeling called “sonder.” Rachel seems to have a similar perception of the world but with Chloe’s ambitiousness, hopeless optimism, her naïveté and her thrill-seeking attitude. A lot of Rachel’s interests, sociability, habits and worldview are like the perfect cross between Max and Chloe!

Good episode of the Blackwell Podcast. It's so cool, but a little strange as well, to hear the voice of Rachel Amber out of the LiS game. Honestly Kylie seems like the perfect person to voice/act as Rachel Amber in Before the Storm & she seems very similar. Great interview.
