Hi! Great flight for both! Which pinion did you use on the 6S with the 1800KV motor setup? Did you use the stock 11-t or did you use the 12-t pinion? I upgraded mine to the 6S using the new 1800KV motor and 60amp ESC and it doesn't have that same power that you show on your 6S!
Great video. Based on this it appears the 3S would be perfect for me. However, I discovered the 330S and was wondering how it compares to the Fusion 360 3S version. Any chance you know or can make a video of those two compared? I've searched everywhere and can't find anyone comparing those two.
Hey Ethan. What servo's are you using for the 6S setup? I purchased the 60amp Avian ESC, however there is no recommended head speed in the manual once I program the ESC. Did you do the calibration and then run it at the recommended throttle curve? Thanks for your time, I've been watching many of your video's and learning a lot.
@@joshwilson243 6250HX. Updated to the latest firmware to have Safe and Bailout. All other settings are stock. Purchased it last year and it flies great on the Hobbywing ESC. When I purchased it, I got two 1800mah 6S Smart batteries. Got the 60amp Avian so I could get the Smart info on the ESC and battery. Also heard some guys not liking the stock servos. Curious to see what others are using.
@@SkyGamerRC I have a couple of these 6250. Now if you buy it like this it’s locked to the 360 and you can’t change the voltage, center or hz for better servos. I do like the forward programming but Iv always been a brain2/ikon guy. So I changed all that. Put a hobby wing esc and brain2 with BK/Torq micros at 7.4 volts. I just like the tuning capabilities on the brain2/ikon. But then again the set up as is, is fine for just flying around.
@@SkyGamerRC now if you do change this, in the micro category you can’t go wrong with the Torq or kst 215. Very solid. Iv got these torqs on 4 helis and love them.
@@joshwilson243 Josh, thanks for the feedback. I will look for those servos in the future if I swap the FC. Did you program specific headspeeds for the hobbywing brain/icon combo or did you just run the throttle curves from the manual?
