This is my build and flight review of the Blade Fusion 480 Smart Super Combo Kit after about 10 flights. Spektrum Smart ESC 100 amps Spektrum 6050/6060 Servos Blade Motor FC6250hx Flight Controller
The blade fusion 360 smart does the same thing with the hard start after exiting forward programming. I even changed out the ESC from the 45 amp to a spare 60 amp ESC that I had because I thought that it was defective. I now have a couple of tiny indents in the back side of the blades where they struck the blade grips due to the rotor head accelerating so fast. Also it sounded like the gear slipped. But I see no signs of the gear being stripped. So I got lucky on that.
I just picked up this bare kit on super sale. I like that you relocated the ESC i seen a review that this model is terrible because the esc is mounted under the hot battery and next to a hot motor. Also you mentioned the bubble leveler. I am fighting this problem on my 230s smart currently. And earlier today i had this exact thought.. maybe you can trick the FBL by adding more shims under the tail to move the bubble forward? But you moved the tail downwards so im curious about that ❤ Thanks for the video overall!
Amazing helicopter! However, I can't believe Horizon has not addressed the slow start issue yet. Mine is stretched. Stock servos were garbage. I've also switched to Torq servos and switched the 6250hx out with a brain2 and now this thing flys perfect!
I spoke to Horizon Hobby tech support regarding the issue with exiting out of forward programming and no slow start. Support saying it is not an “issue”.
