I'm sorry people for being so eloquent and blunt, but...this is better than sex. ( Sorry. I might have not met the right fella, yet.) Geez, sooo happy to have found it here, today, as a solo piano version. I've been listening to the original soundtrack of 'Blade Runner' for ages, and I love the sax in it, the passion between the characters. But the sax made it so brittle, over-emotional, screamingly helpless and mad. Mad. Its sadness was always there. Fact. And I wanted hope. Hope against hope. With piano, however, there seems to be a difference: I feel its true never-ending beauty and peace, and, whilst the melody IS the exactly same as purely divine, I do feel much hope in it. Maybe this is how I feel it. This one is a more calming, peaceful version. The sax screams with its breaking sadness in passion; the piano, however, consoles and gives hope. HOPE. Maybe that is why they usually play piano/organ in churches, and not the sax. ( Although a visiting Pastor played "Amazing Grace" on sax in our Evangelical Church on Thursday, October 5th, it was nice. Rare, and nice.) God bless the piano and all those who can tickle the ivories madly, in hope, with love. Amen. Thank you for this video.
