is monarch recommend, or can I use dragon with this build?

Monarch makes the build stronger however it’s not needed. Dragon will definitely work! hope this helps

Although rebirthing helps, I was beating the world bosses around rebirth 1 level 700-1000 with this blade. Hope this helps!

@@XDARKSOULX. Monarch doesn't heal it just does extra damage, the more damage you do with this set the more you heal.
