@Caleb Mayfield I don’t like the way the fandom uses the word “toxic” and I wouldn’t say Kurtcedes was toxic at all, but it was far from being a perfect friendship or one to be seen as an example.
@Caleb Mayfield Of course you’re entitled to have your opinion. But I personally don't think theirs is one of the best friendships. They don't really understand each other, they don't really support each other. Yes, they alway hug and stay hand in hand, but those are just external signs. Think about how Kurt chose to try being popular over standing with Mercedes when they were in the Cheerios, or how Mercedes didn't respect Kurt being atheist and forced him on church. Not to mention that Kurt basically thrown Mercedes away for Rachel. I mean, I'm not saying they are not friends or that they don't care about each other, but they are far from being a perfect example of friendship.

i like their friendship because it shows a gay guy can be friends with a straight gay... i'm editing this bc it makes sense that blaine had feelings for sam because he was lonely. but i don't think he was in love with sam bc he was not over kurt. i think blaine just needed to put his feelings somewhere
@@mckaylamurphy5336 true lol the writing was very odd later seasons since blaine told tina he had a crush on sam in 4x12, then not even two episodes later, he hooks up with kurt. then 3 episodes later, he still has a crush on sam. But I think it's safe to assume that Blaine never really liked Sam-Sam was just a way for Blaine to project his feelings on to someone who wasn't kurt.
His body is all he has? Yet his macaroni portraits would have definitely been sold at an art gallery... Like, art has been made with weirder things, if I recall correctly a painting made out of guinea pig poop was a legit thing. If that shit sells, then so would Sam's paintings!

if the show concentrated more on friendships like blam, kurtcedes, brike etc. instead of constantly breaking up couples, making them cheat on each other and toxic af friendships the show quality would be 1000% better
i love their friendship so much, the storyline of sam talking about, a gay man and a straight man being friends, even when one has a crush on the other as he knows that they respect each other. i love it.
I like the idea of Sam being bi, but not so he can date Blaine. It's so he can join Brittany in the bisexuality department especially when they were dating
its absolutely criminal that they were both in the show for ages before we got some proper content between them like they works so well as best friends (or a very cute supportive romance whatever floats your boat) and theres is clear chemistry between them due to the actors getting on well and musically their voices work well together. They make my heart so happy it hurts. They radiate comfort i am so emotional this video is so cute
I love BLAM as friendship duo, but ultimately if BLAM was romantic endgame. It would have cut short as we know Sam and Blaine want different life. Sam likes to thrive in a small town scene and Blaine wants to thrive in his career in the big apple. So I am glad they we just friends the whole time.
Even as a bi man I think blam works best platonically. Like yes the tension is there but as with everyone else in glee bumping nasties would break everything
no one will ever understand how much their relationship is my comfort. blaine has a lot of problems that we can talk about for hours but I love how comfortable he is with sam. they were always taking care of each other, always understanding each other and never judging each otherr like Ever!!! even when sam didnt agree with the marriage proposal he was there to help blaine choose the ring. even the crush plot was healthy???? glee has many friendships and you can like whichever you want !!!! but there is something about them that exudes comfort for me :(
Okay, TOTALLY AGREE. But, going back to “Blaine having a bunch of problems”, I think that just all comes from him having a bad home life. I just wish the writers had made a storyline about Blaine and his parents so him being so insecure would make more sense. I love Blaine sm, but I think he could have had some great character development if the show had done that. And maybe there could have been something about Sam helping him through those problems.
I hate how when ever people see a good friendship they have to make it romantic, or want it to be romantic. A guy and girl can be friends and a gay guy and straight guy can be friends. Two lesbians can be friends any one can be friends but only few can be a couple so stop trying to ruin friendships with romance let friends be friends
Honestly their friendship is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen on TV and the best thing that's happend to Glee in turms of representation. Thanks a lot now I'm crying.
Blam was my OTP and will always be my OTP. They are so supportive of each other. They have the best friendship and they would have been the be set ship
All of Blaine’s relationships, onscreen were his real life friendships on the show. His friendship w Chord, even Dave Karofsky actor was really good friends w Darren. Heather Morris, Lea Michelle and Jane Lynch. Which is why he had some funny interactions w all on the show as well.
