S K the writers said the Chuck in the pilot (the rapist) was not the character they wanted to portray, that was just an error. There were other errors in the pilot also. Also when did he cheat??. Chuck had a lot of development and you can see how happy and mature their relationship is in the finale.

Even taking away the attempted rapes, he's a shit person. Despite claiming to have changed in season 5, he continues to stalk, harass & try to control who she was with. He literally sold her to his rapey uncle and fucked her face up cause he couldn't control his temper. I'm scared that young girls are gonna think "This bad boy 'changed' so I can change bad boys too! You can't change people and men like that don't deserve redemption.

@isa Did I say healthy ? I said the opposite which is that in real life no relationship is perfect AND that's why the show represents real relationships well. Also in the beginning of the show they were both really manipulative not only with each other but they tried to fuck up other people's lives which is why I said they were growing as characters. Aside from that, he didn't actually manipulate her to do it, he knew she was going to because she loved him and that is an asshole move for him to just assume that and to let it happen but she shouldn't have done it, I was shocked that he let that happen but I was also shocked that she did it when I was watching. It's complicated.

Thought I'd end up with Nate But he wasn't a match. Wrote some songs about Chuck Bass, Now I listen and laugh. Even almost got married And for Louis, I'm so thankful. Wish I could say, "Thank you" to Humphrey, 'Cause he was an angel. ( Mr. Lonely Boy was always there for Blair ) ( we all know Blair ended up with the one she always listens and makes her laugh ❤ )
