When he first walks out, wipes his face like “Am I about to do this.....Right in from of her and HER???? And, the whole world?... here we go”....then, he sang the hell out of that song and that pain. At the end, as he slowly backs up, you can see him just lay it all down. He was done getting over her and ready to move on with Nobody But You. Great performance. Blake and Gwen got together the exact way as described in this song, except they didn't meet in a bar. A rebound, getting over their exes, helping each other forget.
Did anyone else notice that he looked teary eyed the WHOLE TIME. I am not trying to keep anything going here. I know he and ex Miranda are both very happy in life now. Man, seeing his eyes made me want to cry. He has HUGE HEART. Never seen him cry or tear up til now on this video, this stage. WE LOVE YOU BLAKE AND GWEN, MIRANDA AND BRENDAN! Hi Shawna, Thank you for your positive comment. Totally with you in that one can be fans of all the said artists without the nastiness/ taking sides. Long-time fan of Gwen Stefani ( & No Doubt) here…back when I was still living in the Fiji Is. I didn’t really get exposed to country music until I moved to the States. Through Gwen Stefani, I began to follow Blake Shelton’s music and is now a big fan. I also follow Miranda Lambert and other country music artists. My husband now jokes that I’ve gone country😀 but the truth is country music is addictive (IMO).
I think we will see things differently in a couple of years. Couples are always in love and happy when it's new. All four of them have been deeply in love with their exes at first.

What a difference a couple of months make, he looks so sad here. Flash forward a couple of months when he sang "A Guy With a Girl," on The Voice and he looked so incredibly happy. I'm so glad for him.
That's why I said "a couple of months." He performed this in April 2016, a couple of months later in December when he performed on his show he looked extremely happy. As opposed to here where he looked sad. I'd recommend you watch that performance, it's on The Voice page. It's heartwarming to see him so happy.

Their music and personalities are different. That's what makes us all unique. I wish much happiness and blessings for Blake. And btw! Didn't Miranda know he was a married man when she got involved with him? YES she did! I only bring that up because of all the backlash Blake got for hooking up with Gwen. At this point who cares? Coming back to this performance to me the emotion on his face is frustration. He's frustrated that he's in this place to begin with, you ever been so mad you just want to cry? that's the emotion I read on his face, towards the end you see relief. He's glad the hard part of his life has come to end, glad that he has a chance at a new beginning.
We'll always be grateful for the memories Blake and Miranda gave the world as a couple especially us country folks a hell of a couple when singing together. Love goes on just not together any more

Hell no. She cheated on Blake more than once and left Blake to take the blame when he divorced her cheating butt. Love Gwen and Blake together. Unlike Miranda, Gwen supports Blake and they both have each others back. Gwen has been healthy for Blake and Blake not only loves Gwen but her boys as well. Beautiful couple!!
