Before the following i sauggest to connect your laptop with another computer through VGA cable or HDMI cable so you will get know as your problem is existing in software or hardware. if you see the display on other computer monitor then the problem is lying in hard ware, (that is borken card or screen issue). if you don't see the display on the other system monitor, then follow the below mentioned 3 step i wrote you:- step 1, Remove Mian/ big battery for 15 to 30 min (No supply of power) and then on, use escape or ctrl + alt + del if same status, step 2, see my video and note with care how i remove the small cell/ batter (equal to the size of a cone) with due care and deligency, (don't use power otherwise you wll break system clips) setp 3, if you are still facing the same position the take out RAM and clean that with Petrol, plus with the soft cloths but don't leave pieces of cloths threads after cleaning RAM also clean/ wash the slot of the RAM and then try to on it. before doing the same watch my video of blank screen & see how i take out small cell/ batter (equal to the size of a cone), in my view that is the solution of your promblem in the light of your comment you wrote me. after doing so you will also fix date and time from the keyboard which is a little difficul for beginer of the computer users. time and date fixing is also available in my video. i will also upload how to take out ram and then fix plus its cleaning. When computer beeps it means that some unusual situation like software or hadware issue arises. See my video blank screen due to ram. U may also install fresh windows and clean ram with hardware but due care with diligence. Avoid breaking or naughty with ur system. Do ask if I can extend my help. Best regards

I also have some habit while using this laptop,i never shutdown it before. i always use sleep mode its been 11days now since my last shutdown, i don't know if there is something to do with the black screen issue but probably this extra information would help

I suggest you may see my other video on same issue however through that video you can get know the exact reason of your blank screen. Thumbnail of that video is available at end of this video. Moreover you need to try to remove last driver/ update. Better you install fresh windows. In my view old laptop gets slower and problematic with updates so after installing new windows, you should reduce or avoided new updates or heavy software or big games because all irrelevant software causes problems. Dear Vikas, hope you will be fine & in the best of your health. Please note first disconnect the battery and let the laptop discharge (You can also discharge the PC by long press of power button) & then on it, if it works normal then don’t remove/ disconnect the small battery connected to clock. In-case if it does not work normally be removing the main battery then yes you should remove the small battery connected to clock. Secondly if the disconnection of the main battery & small battery connected to clock then go for RAM clean. But I strongly suggest you to watch my other video namely  Blank Screen Problem Due To RAM & Cleaning RAM Refitting RAM & Locating Hardware Or Software Issue  for pointing out the exact reason of Blank screen problem/ issue. F the problem is recovered by removing main battery then fine otherwise u ll have to remove small cell/battery for the purpose to wash the memory of ram which is the cause of blank screen After passing 3 to 5 minutes refix the cell batt or plug to complete the circuit In many cases this solution works F the problem persist do write i ll try to assist n solving the problem Regards

There are several reasons for blank screen like hardware issue, software issue or even games may also cause the same. Mostly your last activity is more closer to this problem. However ask your question in detail don't hesitate, i ll respond you as soon as I can. Moreover, if have any system or operating system then don't worry, first try to locate the cause of blank screen. To determine reason why you PC went back /blank screen. Dear Brother i don't know which computer do you have and which operating system is running, but i guess you should try to reboot your computer and go to "open window in safe mode". i wish if you could contact some expert near to you to physically inspect your computer. But if you are facing lenovo laptop then i suggest to follow the tips. I suggest to connect your laptop with another computer through VGA cable so you will get know as your problem is existing in software or hardware. if you see the display on other computer monitor then the problem is lying in hard ware or monitor or the connecting cable between screen & CPU, (Broken card or screen issue is expected). if you don't see the display on the other system monitor, then follow the below mentioned 3 step i wrote you:- step 1, Remove Main/ big battery for 15 to 30 min (No supply of power) and then on, use escape or ctrl + alt + del if same status, step 2, see my video and note with care how i disconnect/ remove the small cell/ batter (equal to the size of a cone) connection to erase the stuck data possible on RAM. Thanks for your worthy reply. I am trying but it's not responding at all. Is this due to battery? Last year i repaired the battery & few days earlier battery looks like dead not charging only turns on by power supply by removing power supply it's shut down. What are your suggestions?

@@JQKhanTechwhat's about battery concern? Is this matter or not in such conditions bcz battery was dead just before a week it happens? Battery was not charging at all i was using on consistent electricity supply before it happened?

First check ur power cable as it's working properly/charging or not. How to test cable? Answer. charge ur laptop with another cable or connect ur cable to another laptop and see other laptop battery is charging or not. Through this way u ll get know as ur cable is weaken or laptop battery is dead. I also ask you a question that did u open ur laptop and remove/discount the small battery cell equal to the size of a coin? ....... Recently I just face battery problem by message from my laptop that "the system cannot communicate with the battery" it was with my Dell laptop last week. So I did remove the window and restore the system to default. After that the battery message removed or I fixed my computer. But remember dead battery also causes same problem u face.

See at the end I showed you how to change date and time. Use arrow keys and incase ur keyboard is faulty the use external keyboard with USB pin or end Do write if you face difficulty. Thanks for your comments 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Use external keyboard with USB pin and in USB port F despite all thses system demos not update date and time then simply press enter and press next next next finish. When windows comes to graphics then update the same in graphics mode by that time it will be more easily. Incase of difficulty do write I ll respond. Best regards

Re write the window from ur already safe image of the windows as if ur key board and external keyboard are not working then better u renew the windows. And then try to fix date and time. If skip date and time is available then skip it and when you get ur windows in graphics mode then make another try by double click the date and time in lower right corner of your screen. If all above stated trick does not work then take help of the hardware expert as in case of hardware problem the hardware ll change. Please do let me till end or solution of your problem. Try to find out the reason and then search for solution. If it's laptop keyboard the try external USB port keyboard to detect the error exactly. If other keyboard works then ur keyboard is faulty. 2 things can be done n that case 1 fix new keyboard 2 clean port and update keyboard driver.

I gust got now u r facing bank screen problem. Please see both videos and try to out the small cell so ur ram get free from hang data. Please note be gentle and avoid force while outing that small size clip connected to a coin size cell. If problem does not resolve then see my second video.

Look this is typical sign of blank screen and the video of mine on which you commented is same problem. Try to gently disconnect the small clip connected to a coin size cell available in my video. Give it few minutes to discharge the charge fully. Also remove big battery so power may be completely cutoff. Try not to break the socket holding small hock. See the video and follow the steps

After that u can solve the problem of the screen. Remember never use force because it may break f handle without care. Clean ram. Out and refit it, f still the problem existing then monitor supply card is either broken or loosen. I m sending you another my video link u ll get the idea. But remember if card is broken then it must be replaced

If both 3 methods I showed Clean and out and refit ram Disconnect small cell And cleaning ram Then use the cable I showed in my second video if another monitor showed display then ur cennection between ur screen and CPU is broken. If all this does not work then go to some expert of hardware to physically check ur computer it may b some other problem. I ll help you all possible way. Thanks

Connect ur computer with the screen of another running /working computer so u ll get know as the blank screen problem is exists in ur CPU or ur laptop screen display Blank screen also occurs dur to following Broken wire/card which connect CPU with screen RAM dirt or fused RAM Or some time software issues of operating system or drivers also caused this problem Through top mentioned tip i said about to connect ur laptop with another computer screen can help u n the search or locate the problem. F u could find the exact place of problem then you can fix it and can run ur computer system again. I ll also upload another video how to find/ locate the error. @@JQKhanTech thank u, I gave up trying and left it there for a day then when I start it up, it turned on, it was working fine last night but this morning I turned it back on and it did the same thing as before, i cud hear the fan running as well as see the light dat indicates my laptop is on but no display, I also hooked it up to a monitor but wasn't seeing anything either, at the moment I'm leaving it off, hopefully it'll come on like last night, but I'm afraid it'll do the same thing all over again just like today

Look 1st u should get know what type of problem u face Either Hardware or software? Go and connect ur laptop to the screen of another working computer so u ll get know as ur CPU or laptop software not functioning. F the screen of other device on and showed ur home screen so it means ur display of laptop is not working. In last case you should check card/wires of your laptop CPU and screen. 3rd better u clean RAM of your system and refix or try another RAM. These are easy steps f despite not working then ask for technical support of hardware. I ll rely f u could find the exact area where problem exists. F u have very less known how then don't try by your self to avoid damage better ask for technical help Thanks
