I'm watching it to get the whole story for context. Since some people are joining others online to judge something they have no idea about. I also haven't read the books but that's not stopping me from going into this with a clear mind. Don't judge a book by its cover I'm sure the story is good and worth watching the plot. The actors are amazing and looking forward to episode 2. ❤ 😀

In the book, Anueng (the younger woman) first saw Nueng in the market where Nueng had set up a stand offering to sketch people for a fee. For Anueng, it was love at first sight. After spying on her for 2 weeks, Anueng finally worked up the courage to ask Nueng to sketch her, which she did. Every day since then Anueng visited her, basically becoming her cute stalker.

To be honest i find the girl playing 20 yrs old ( i forgot her name sorry) a bit annoying at first but I FIND HER SUPER CUTE AND ADORABLE the more i watch her idk why. I just keep falling for her. She is annoyingly-cute. I like it 🥰

Thanks for the reaction ! I'm so torn because like you said they're overplaying her youth and that's just unconfortable but at the same time the scene on the bridge happen and I'm like "ok maybe this can be good". Faye is so charismatic... I do need a time jump tho like right now😂

Wait, if this is a spinoff about Sam's sister, does it mean that all three sisters were gay? I know this is just fiction but what are the chances of that happening. Anyway, I will suspend belief so I can enjoy the series

Yes - all three sisters were gay ... or at least bisexual. I find with almost all Asian dramas, it is often necessary for me to turn my brain off and just enjoy the show for what it is.

The one who died was the middle one. There're 3 sisters, Nueng, Song & Sam (mean 1, 2, and 3). It was Song who died.

The age of legal adulthood varies from country to country. In South Korea, and person becomes an "adult " at age 19. In Thailand, a person becomes an "adult" at age 20, unless they are married, which they can do at age 17.

@@arymania246 Last year, South Korea officially embraced Western ages, based on the person's actual date of birth. So the weird situation where a 2 day old baby could be 2 years old no longer exists. It also meant that everyone in Korea became at least one year younger last year. So, according to Western ages, a Korean needs to be 19 to be legally an adult. Prior to this change, a person needed to be 20 under the old Korean age system before they were legally an adult.

I'm frustrated by this already. One: we already knew the Grandma was a b****. Two: will all the sisters be attracted to women? That's a bit much for a series that is a spinoff. And three: none of the actresses look anything like their counterparts in the original. Still hoping for better later.

@@MoneyLalisa858 1st episode made it clear the younger one is in school and making the moves on Neung. It's also evident Neung knows her from the time period the girl is in school. So doesn't matter when the dating starts it's grooming plain and simple.
