Anueng's parents hit on every insecurity that Khun Nueng had about her relationship! It's one thing for you to feel a certain way, but to actually hear it out loud from other people, hits differently! Out of all the people that were against them, Anueng's mom, at least to me, could tell that the love was genuine between them..She just seemed like she was pressured by Chet and the grandmother...But this episode absolutely gutted me! P'Faye and Yoko acted their a**es off...Hands down, this is the best GL series and acting I've seen (at least for me)
You said it perfectly! I guess I can see Fah getting pressured in all of this. It still breaks my heart that she can’t see the whole picture. Hopefully the last episode she will be more open about all of that and is standing up for her daughter. I already lost all hope in grandma and chet.
It was also a reasonable outrage from them. You can't blame them if you look at it from their perspective. The older friend of the family volunteering to be a role model for the younger daughter. That really was a bad take there. The one who deserve better in all of this is Aneung, really. the youngest yet the only true mature and reasonable one in this story.
@@chyme2465yup, you’re right and that’s what made this more heartbreaking. Because you know that they (aneung’s fam) were also coming from a place of love for aneung. This is really a good drama and they acted this pretty well too. Truly one of the best (if not the best) GL out there.
Blank the Series reveals the real life of LGBT in Thailand and Asian society. Most of Thai parents can be tolerance with LGBT friends surround them unless they are family members. So sad🥹 25:16 Once in a while, Khun Nueng rejected Piangfah’s love confession and the reason was, she didn’t worthy. Khun Nueng said she is rich, smart and they are live in different class society. That’s why Piangfah didn’t believe when Khun Nueng said she loves Anueng, then hurt Khun Nueng back by using the same phrase to reject their love.
I agree Anueng is such a sweetheart she didn’t deserve more pain. 😢 Also, Khun Nueng looked so small when she kept getting verbally attacked by the family. 😭
Girl, we all feel the same thing like I felt so much anger and I'm so stressed about this entire episode. I want to explode. This series is the best GL series for me cuz everything is excellent. Everything felt so real and this doesn't feel like an acting at all.

Anueng is the only one who was fighting for their love from the very first day till the end. I hope in the last episode Khun Nueng will have the courage to fight for their love & dust off all the doubts and break the walls between them. 😢
First of all: I really enjoy your reactions. It's a shame the subtitles didn't work. This series plays with our emotions like no other show has. Yoko blew me away in this episode. The scene with everyone on the couch really grabbed me. She was fabulous, emotional, raw... she was the only mature person in the house.

As a wlw in South East Asia and in my 30s, I can't tell you how much I relate to this episode.. Not sure I'm bawling for this episode or for myself.. I wish all of us have a happy ending ❤
You know, for Khun Nueng it is really hard to do this because of the culture and traditions there, In Asia they have a huge respect for parents, family and older people, your family is always there even if you are an adult, you can get married in many countries if your parents don't agree, that's the reason why they treat Anueng as a child, because she is the youngest she is supposed to respect older people and her family, I know it's wrong, but unfortunately that's the way they make things there. Everyone thinks that Khun Nueng doesn't deserve Anueng, but she does, she told her she loved her before the accident, even when the whole family was really rude with her. We cannot forget that Anueng stood up to her parents, but not to her grandmother, she did not say anything to her.

Fah disse aquilo porque foi dispensada com o argumento de por ser plebéia não era do mesmo nível de KN que tem sangue real. Logo a filha dela também não deveria ter chance com Khun Nueng. Pura inveja, mas ela abordou o assunto com mais racionalidade porquê conhece a "amiga" e sabia que se Chet continuasse confrontando ela iria reagir. Do jeito que Fah fez passou a impressão que esse tempo separadas até a formatura de Anuang seria benéfico pra duas e assim teriam certeza dos sentimentos. Observe que ela nunca menssionou que todo contato seria cortado.
LMAO that scene with Piengfa at the gallery is so much funnier in the novel; Khun Neung really gets into the details of her and Aneung's sexual preferences, and she freaks Piengfa out so much that she just bails 🤣
Sometimes I wished I haven't read the book, but I could live through your reaction how it would be if I didn't know what was going to happen. The hope that they would meet and things would be alright. Anyway, what a spectacular episode and you represent us all so much, Sel. It's also why Chet is so determined to marry KN cause he is kinda on the same footing with KN cause he is in politics.
I really love your reaction. Especially about "the biggest happy ending." In this situation, how could there have a HAPPY happy ending? At least I really need Chet to get out of Anueng's life. The only thing he can give Anueng is money, which KN definitely has much more than him. out of the 3 a**holes who keeps on nagging nueng and khun nueng's relationship its fah who is the calmest. i guess its because she knows khun nueng so much and she fell inlove with her as well so she has an idea on what "True Love is " if its the same gender.. and i think we also see the other side of the relationship between 2 people. the way khun nueng handled the situation between her and the 3 a**holes may not be the typical " fight for you " thing but as we can see khun nueng was weighing things, deliberately thinking if there's a way where it would be less harming or how to say this an easy way to solve this. just like what fah told her she only needs nueng to be with her for 2-3years and once its done if they still love each other they can freely do it. yes 2-3 years is not that easy but looking at it. all they have to do is wait for it and they can be together no longer fighting and thinking about what other people will say, maybe she thinks they can do LDR to maintain the rel and all. but yeah that's what i think of when khun nueng agreed on fah's request. and i perfectly understand what faye said on one of their live. that they're gonna pity khun nueng in season 2 not just on EP 2 where nueng got back to khun nueng by doing the "reset thingy" but with also the amount of insults she got from chet and nueng's grandma you can also include the gossips that happened on the art class with wan viva and her colleagues about their friend who got into a rel with someone who's 10yrs younger.

I think if we were looking at real people, Anueng would just leave and stay with friends and probably she would not get back together with Khun Nueng. At every point in their relationship, Anueng has been the only one doing anything to make it happen which would be very apparent to any real person and now she has abandoned Anueng to the wolves because she is a coward. Even at the end, it is Anueng going to her. You reaction is the most real of anyone I have seen, and I have watched at least half dozen at this point.

Still able to understand kn, kn before the matter let her doubt whether she is too selfish. As someone who read the novel I knew it was coming BUT in the book AN gets hit in the taxi by another car. So it was not her fault. They did her so dirty by doing this. When I saw it I had to laugh bc it seemed so stupid....

No, you’re not exaggerating. While watching it I was so mad, shocked. I couldn’t sob or cry. I was so mad at all of them, the so called adults. I can’t stand all the harshest words I’ve ever heard in my life. So harsh, so pointless, so bad. Kung Neung is not standing for them, right, but I could get what she is trying to to do, again escaping reality but also broken inside trying to do the so damned right thing. But “The Family”, what a mess, they are so unreasonable, emotionless, cold hearted. Not human or kind/understanding at ALL!
