Felt like the chants were really underwhelming in this game compared to 1, found myself rarely using them except for the return home one. The quick verses are a pretty cool addition though (even if the two blood ones are the only ones worth using)
Debla is still op though, and that miasma mace thing is pretty damn good. Debla is like the only chant I use though, except bleeding miracle(The blood disk from the first game)
Aubade is great on bosses. It actually does decent damage per hit, has great range and sticks around for quite awhile. By the time the duration ends you have enough fervor to summon again if using mace. Between that and blood disc they honestly made the game a bit too easy compared to the first one.
Bro some things felt like a downgrade honestly. I’ve been grinding trying to find all of the executions but most of them have a “default” execution and not a unique one and some of them just don’t have a execution at all! Part 1 had way more than this game.
@@VideoGameAnimationReferences You’re totally right. I miss the mea culpa. At first I was excited to get to choose between three weapons, but having abilities (blocking, thrusting, etc) be spread across three weapons instead of all being on one weapon negatively impacts the combat. This game is good, but the first is way better imo.
Are you sure cause I tried doing the prayers with all the altarpieces that buff the prayers but none were any different visually than without the altarpieces 🤔
should have shown the bell when it gets fully upgraded. goes from the weakest magic to prolly the strongest with 3 big rings that even kills the big guys easy
