You should try it with zephyr, I did some testing and pretty much any beam weapon with blast does hundreds of millions with a slight tap of the trigger
I am not re modding anything just yet, I am going to wait a week or so to see how bad they nerf this before investing. No way they let this stand as is.
Bro didnt notice they deleted the health and armor types. Thats why we got the new indicators on the starchart. Sure it still applies to the armor doube dip on weak or resistant but its definitely not what it was.
I didn't understand the "do not full strip" explanation....the damage bonus is tied per faction now so if we full strip we are not losing damage, we are actually getting more dmg because armor gives damage reduction to enemies, no? Just asking cause I'm not gonna put shards on saryn to run 1 build...I had your old 3 green shards 2 yellow build and its great off course, it's saryn
Damage to factions and health bars are simplified, corrosive still does more damage against armour so fullstripping makes corrosive lose its effectiveness
That's the point mate I dont think it does anymore...the corrosive effect only reduces armor...same goes for viral, viral itself doesnt do more dmg to health anymore but amplifies dmg dealt to health
you are right, it only reduces armor, the x1.5 bonus damage applies to all grineer now, with armor or not and the 75% damage bonus to ferrite armor does not exist anymore
No it doesn't. Corrosive doesn't do increased damage to armor anymore, it does increased damage to standard grineer regardless of whether or not that grineer has armor left.
@@user-jm8sy5ox2j we should prob ask D.E for clarification if corrosive will still do bonus faction damage regardless if they or don't have armour since D.E is known to have wording issue
Aaaaaand wait for the emergency hard nerf by DE to options to 1.Saryn via certain interactions 2. Melee influence 3. Or just Blast Because they don't really test their game.
@@PetroleumJellyJuggernaut Okay first off sit down and relax. If the only thing you have to say is shut up then take your own advice first. I'm only pointing out Knightmareframe is right about us going in circles. Granted I'm okay with that kind of. I'm just listing the culprits that things are most likely going to look at. They usually over do things like most devs do. Most don't want to waste their resources for a build then have it get nerfed to the ground because some vid got viral. All we can do is come up with ideas and share concepts. Telling people to shut up just because you read something you don't like doesn't help anything.
Right now I have my Evensong modded for Blast. It's basically the Explosive Arrows mod without the mod itself. With Galvanized Aptitude + Hound Manifold Bond + Frost's 1 or 4, I can get a chance for a Blast Proc with at least 1 MILLION DAMAGE. The Kuva Chakkhurr with the same conditions made 35 MILLION.
For the kuva nukor i would highly recommend galvanized aptitude instead of hornet strike for +480% damage instead of +220%. It also boosts your status chance to 120% instead of the 80% you would get without the galvanized mod.
If I had to guess there might be some not so great interaction with Aptitude. Hornet Strike empowers all elemental damage. G Aptitude only empowers direct hits. If I had to guess it would not affect Blast explosions, meaning much of the AoE capability is lost. Could be wrong, I'm only guessing.
@@azeon9684 Galvanaized Status Mods add a percentage of damage per unique status effect up to 3 times PER status effect. Making them highly effective with rainbow status builds. If your weapon can only inflict 2 status effects, maybe its not a fantastic idea. But if you have reliable IPS on top of the elements you put on, or use a primer on the side, the results can be incredible. However the effects the Galvanaized Status Mods have outside of direct hits is a bit harder to pin down.
These builds are great but this sort of thing caps out in higher level stuff (200+) and you just die real quick with Saryn, no matter how tanky you make her
or just use the old Sobek and combine it with the new blast for even more carnage, add xata for multiple additional xata applications (hit, blast proc, Sobek explosion) and defense thx to the void bubbles
u were already doing this type of stuff in like 1000 other builds, doesnt change much is ultimately not that necessary unless u want to use the nukor and glaxion or even Saryn in that way. Like...yes, it is a new way to break the game in terms of using blast to do this but it kills enemies just like pretty much anything else.
I swear, i'm reading this everywhere, the same goes for Jade: "but she doesnt kill as fast as (insert OP nuke-frame here) or has the survivability of revenant, she is just bad >:(" "this weapon just kills as fast as (insert whatever weapon-build), no one should play it >:(" This build is using a recently reworked status-effect, so what's the deal smh my head Next thing i'm gonna read is probably going to be: "why play reworked Ember when you can play (insert any other warframe) that can nuke a whole map?"
If I not mistaken, about the comment in the start of the video, DE concern about AOE meta was the lack of variety in the builds and low setup that was dominating the game, not the AOE itself. In almost every mission back then we have Kuva Branma or Kuva Zarr users. We still have AOE and will ever have, but the variety of setup and builds are larger now. I understand that blast can be dominant from now on, but my guess is that they don't care because we will test blast in a lot of things.
Blast on melee .... meh if it's not a glave than I gues yeah just group them up and proc blast . But on a glaive slash still rocks bleed or just get oneshot by 1m electric damage 😂.
it's not gonna influence anything I do because Mesa still does no status with Regulators :( I feel like Mesa is on the cusp of falling off and being unviable damage-wise in one or two updates
mesa is crit build anyway just put 2 tau red shards that gives her crit 1 orange shard that gives crit kill on affected heat then just put heat and corrosive on her does fine eitherway put nourish if you want viral also to take advantage of Galvanized shot you shoot fast enough that you will stack your orange shard then you know the combo of combat discipline + arcane avenger which will do enough sucks that she can't take advantage of blast
I've been using Cascadia Empowered on my DPS Nukor since it came out. I saw +750 damage, looked at my tiny damage number, then thought "No stacks? Yes please!" It just keeps getting better
So yes you can however ocucor is not good with slash you should mod for viral and heat. If you do this then you can change the orange shards to increase secondary crit on heat effects or swap them out for green or blue shards for more health or whatever you need really
magnum force still feels not worth ngl less damage for more spread though the only thing nice about it is that you can add it with Hornet strike which wierd compared to other corruption damage mods hmm
@josepapasito7218 They nerfed the helminth version a couple of months ago. You can hold/tap to choose which version will be activated, the damage buff or the reduction. But to "compensate" for it, they made the damage version only 30% at base (except on Mirage herself), so Roar/Xata's Whisper/Nourish are just simply stronger now for damage.
Magnetic was a bad progenitor choice; you're right the build does nothing for magnetic. In truth you should do a heat progenitor to maximize blast (which is what I did)
Really nice. And Saryn makes it even better since you won't need to mod for many elements. But since I don't play her that much the builds on my weapons are a lil bit different but yet powerful. Glaxion is really good after the new update, it insta delete enemies. My glaxion just like yours, also is magnetic, so I build for corrosive+blast, having magnetic from progenitor then using nourish to get some viral. it just kills everything that stands around me. I also use primed shred to get that punch through plus fire rate, besides using acceleration just like you. My nukor is also slightly different. Since I build it for corrosive, blast, plus magnetic from lich + radiation, then viral from nourish. in my special case, I use overcharge as arcane because my shield is always purple, replacing the crit mod on the weapon.
Yea you can drop both blue archon shards and use a rank 0.. and u have 2 free shard spaces I use rank zero myself, but if ur hurting for modspace ig u can use a higher one@@ENDSURED
@@yoann.d3375 equilibrium is enough HP Regen you will ever need.. even if you have like 200kpm which only like 1 frame can do that.. you still will have enough HP/energy, also if you use the kavat mods for more energy/HP equilibrium has more value
Tenet glaxion is the Nukor of primaries with Saryn you don’t have to mod tox viral or corro can just go cold mag rad or electric on Glaxion and proc every status
great video ! in addition to this video you can also use molt reconstruct if you feel like you do also need that additional health gain. magus elevate is also a good option to get health back and pairs very very well with this synergy especially when using the Madurai focus school, you not only gain that casting speed and damage but also get that health regen from that arcane
I wonder if the magnetic changes with the elec instances would proc influence. Sounds something the spaghetti code could include for a magnetic melee shinanigans
