I dont know if this is a great idea but you could add a passive dehumidifier silica gel into your sandblasting box to keep the mostiure during the "off time" low as possible". Thanks that you show the stuff detailed also with name for example @Footpedal. Even knowing there are this air bleeders... I would get continously heart attacks by this sound :P
Will try that silica absorbent stuff in a can, I have seen this stuff in other uses as well, and yes the bleeders do scare people, I have grown used to it and I use headphones when this stuff is in use for hearing protection and a little music when safe to do so, but hey thanks for watching and commenting as your comment may also help others and thats what this is all about.
New subscriber here!! I just heard you say you made a decent amount of money with this setup. How did you advertise and also how do you charge. I just bought one of these cabinets off Facebook and I have been upgrading it. I believe I am going t try and find another one and turn it into a vapor blast cabinet. I am in Pennsylvania by the way. What type of work do you do with your cabinet. Are you a mechanic? thank you my friend for such an awesome video!!
Thanks for watching, subscribing and taking the time to comment John, we appreciate you. I rebuild some very specific parts for tour buses, and I use this blast cabinet to clean those parts but a good niche is motorcycle rebuilders or buying motorcycle parts secondhand from a salvage, and restoring them with your blaster set up. I am in fact, a mechanic, and again you’re welcome for the video. Thank you for watching and taking the time.
The good news is that you found the video and it can be helped. Thanks for watching and commenting brother, ask any questions here which you may develop as you improve your set up.
