@@Sailor639 If you actually pay attention to Alter Memory , there's a split second cut where you see Ouroboros going for Ragna's arm. Besides, Terumi himself said he cut it off at the end of Calamity Trigger and Calamity Trigger Reconstruction.

funny thing is in BB game, i forgot which one, CS maybe. A waitress ask ragna if he have a thing for his brother and Ragna deny that then accidently claimed tha he is a lolicon. LOL
This was already funny, but its so much funnier when you take into account the background of the Blazblue characters rather than just being random actors
