Being a EV powertrain engineer, If we use FOC method and sinusoidal commutation OR an open source VESC instead of regular ESC with FETs H-bridge in sensored BLDC. We'll get less torque ripple and gives more linear power delivery. But I must not comment on powerfactor and inrush currents.

hello sir, I have a doubt. you said bldc ko DC supply deti h and again both pmsm and bldc are fed with 3 phase. Can you please explain this ? also stator flux linkage of dc is varying. How will DC supply cause varying flux linkage? Thank you

I think in BLDC the controller knows the position of rotor and adjust the current in stator while in IPMC it is asynchronous just following the path of current flow without the intervention from inverter/controller.

पहली बार देखा है कि आपको दोनो मोटर्स में अन्तर के बारे में समझाते हुए आपको काफी कठिनाई हो रही है। अगर दोनो मोटरों में कोई फर्क ही नहीं और फर्क है उसपे दी जाने वाली सप्लाई का, तो हम उसी मोटर पे साईनोसाईडल आऊटपुट वाला दूसरा कन्ट्रोलर लगाकर समूथ परफार्मैंस क्यों नहीं ले सकते। अब हम सभी लोग जानना चाहते हैं कि जो बैक इऐमऐफ में अन्तर आता है वो दोनो मोटरों के किस पार्ट के कारण आती है। कहीं कम्पनीयां ग्राहकों से ज्यादा पैसे ऐँठने के लिए लोगों को उल्लू तो नहीं बना रहीं
