The chinese preregistration is over 3 million already. The global preregisters didn't slow down its always been that slow at a constant pace. The global marketbase isn't as big as in china and they haven't been doing much at all to promote the game outside china. And apparently the beta is delayed. That's all the info we have now. The leaks on twitter get taken down still. Just not on youtube.
