Good luck man. It’s not easy but you can do it, think about how strong you’ll prove yourself to be when you beat it. I’d suggest taking some time to learn about habits; the book Atomic Habits damn near saved my life. I stopped a 10 year long addiction with the help of it. But there are many ways to learn, just depends how you’d like to go about it.

Nobody is an L, and if you're parents deserve a better son, then you can be a better son, I know you're trying and I know it's hard, but at the end of the road if you keep going beyond 100%, it will all be fine, even if it isn't, you will hold your head high and know you did your best, and so will your parents, and they will love you for it
